They estimated my co-pay 3x higher than it should have been. $544! I'm not sure who was doing the math, but just wow. Touchstone's corporate policy is to refund within 30 days of insurance company payment. After more than 60 days, I finally had to call to get reimbursed. If I'd left a bill like that unpaid, I'd likely have ended up in collections, so wth? If I hadn't followed up, I'm sure my $ would've sat in their corporate coffers indefinitely. NOT ok!
