No issues. They didn't call me to make an appointment but there was some discrepancy about the doctor's order. I called again and the scheduler told me that if she couldn't find it she'd call the doctor for me. That was nice. But she found it and we set up an appointment. Arrived early to do paperwork and the check in associate came over to let me know my appointment was for a later time and they'd come get me when they could. The reassurance was kind but I did know I was early so I didn't feel put out at having to wait. My name was called and I went back to be scanned. They were all so friendly and helpful. It was a good visit and the results came the next day. Plenty of parking. Would come to this location again. read more

I have had an ultrasound, CT scan, MRI, and bone density scan at this location. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The tech's are professional and make you feel comfortable. I did have an issue with the billing dept who initially put in the wrong billing code so my insurance denied the claim in error for 3 months. read more

This is a hard review to write. I recently recieved a copy of an xray order for my 93 year old mother and we were told we could go where we wanted. I tried my usual imaging place but found out they now just do mammograms! So I drove to Sally Jobe in Parker. They were great. I couldn't say enough good things about them. Just 2 weeks later, I received an order for an MRI for my knee. I called the same office to make an appointment - or I thought I had. I had to wade through a plethora of menu items, then was put on hold for about 5 minutes. When someone finally came on the line, she was very rude, and it took me a few minutes to realize I was talking to some call center - not the office I thought I'd called. Once we were on the same page, I found I could not get in for 3 weeks! I told them I was tempted to get the order from my doctor and just walk in the way I had with my mother. She had a fit! She was really angry and told me that was not allowed. I hope that no one in that office got into trouble because they were so nice and accomodating, and took us right in without a wait! So while I'd give the office and staff 5 stars, as seems to be the case at many medical clinics today, corporate has ruined a good thing. I won't be going back. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. They will lie straight to your face about anything and everything. They are completely incompetent. They told my wife that insurance would cover her entire image as preventative but they billed it as diagnostic and now we're stuck paying the bill of 1400$ completely out of pocket. We called 15+ times only to speak with the most rude and incompetent people. Run AWAY. read more

They do not follow up with MD orders they've confirmed they have received. Trying to get a call back to schedule any test is quite impossible. I've been waiting months after numerous phone calls to schedule several diagnostics. I can't imagine if a patient needed something urgent. Go elsewhere. read more

The new Facility is beautiful & covenant. Located right off Parker & Hess (near Fuzzy's Taco's). There's plenty of parking. Got there 15 minutes early for my yearly 3D Mammogram, checked in & completed paperwork in minutes. Got called back almost immediately. They were right on time. The Staff was very friendly. The coffee & snacks were a bonus. I'll be back next year. read more

Dr. called in request for imaging. Several days latter still had not been called for appointment. Finally called them, they claimed they had not received the order. Finally got an appointment by getting them and Dr. on phone together. Then a MONTH after I had the imaging they called and said they had received a request for imaging from the Dr. Their secretarial staff is not good!! read more

My technician was super kind and awesome...the rest of the experience was not. My mammogram came back as questionable and I needed further testing at another location and their earliest appointment was 4wks out. After talking to friends, they suggested I go to Women's Imaging. I made an appointment (for 2 days later) and my doctor sent an order. In the interim, I received a "how was your experience text" and requested a call back- no response (it's been 5 days now). I called Sally Jobe and explained my situation and that I needed a cd of my films and reports the next morning at 9am. She literally told me no need to call ahead that they would have me complete paperwork when I arrived. I arrived at 9am and was told I should have called ahead for records! No paperwork, they just needed my drivers license. I've now been sitting in their waiting room for 45 minutes....very frustrating!!! read more

call back on referral never happened, saying they never got referral from doc's office. Then left msg. saying they had verbal referral. when I called back I was told no referral was received. Explained one was called in. Staff member was unhelpful and incompetent. I would not bother going to this facility. Many other places to take my business. Unprofessional staff. read more

Beware. Technician was wonderful. Several billing mistakes which they acknowledged, stated they will take care of and to toss the bill. On the backend they decided they were not liable for their mistakes and sent me straight to collections. There was no follow up to allow me to pay my bill. Deplorable. Don't not let their clerical mistakes impact you in a way you would have never expected. read more

I have been coming here for imaging many times over the last 2 years but there are always problems either before or after the imaging. Sometimes they don't take care of the insurance authorization soon enough so I have to reschedule the scan and then also have to reschedule with my oncologist. This most recent time they over billed me and I ended up paying too much according to my insurance. The records department is always a nightmare as well. I gave my permission to send me a copy of the imaging report but every time there's a problem with sending it. This time it's been more than a week since I had my CT scan and I called twice to request it and the reps are so rude and just hang up on me. They also lied about how quickly they sent the report to my doctor. They said they sent it the same day that the imaging was done, but one week later and my doctor's office says they still haven't received it. read more

If I could give them a zero star I would. I booked a bone density appointment one month out. It took me 35 minutes in traffic to get there, filled out the requisite forms, turned them in and waited 15 minutes as other people were taken in. The guy at the front desk finally called me there and said that my order was not sent, they were checking the wrong doctors office I told them the correct doctors office. I asked them why this was not checked ahead of time, as I work in medical and do that in my office. The guy proceeded to rudely bark a retort that they weren't that kind of office. I told him the customer service was terrible taking like that to a patient , I asked why don't they get a verbal authorization? The guy screwed around so long and argued with me that my doctors office was closed and they sent me away because they didn't have authorization. Come to find out later my doctor had sent the authorization a month prior. Generally I like Sally Jobe but I will never go there again, at least not to the Parker location. I had to take a half day off work, took me 45 minutes to get home because of traffic. And then I had to schedule another appointment that they could not get in within six weeks. I canceled and moved my appointment to a different doctors office. Terrible, and to be treated poorly on top of it. read more

Received great care from the entire staff. The facility was clean and I felt they were taking Covid seriously. The procedure was quick and I was able to leave with my images on disk about 10 minutes after the scan. The front desk staff was especially pleasant. read more

I was very disappointed by their office communications in Parker. My appt reminder came in at 6:30 pm the night before. The morning of my appt, I received a call -- while driving to the 8:15am appt -- that they did not have paperwork from my Dr. I only made the appt because of the letter(s) they mailed me saying I'm overdue. I called insurance (like the letter said) and got it approved. My disappointment lies in the fact that I was likely the first or second appt of the day, yet they chose not to review my file until the morning of. Meanwhile, every other Dr. appt my family or I had throughout the pandemic was handled 100% more professionally -- sending out (covid) paperwork in advance, sending reminders in advance. My first exam at this location (2019) wasn't the greatest either, so I have no intention of returning to this office. I'm a busy, full-time working Mom that will chalk this up to employee error, but hope this feedback encourages them to take a hard look at their appt follow-up process and their outgoing letters to past patients. This kind of error can easily be prevented -- e.g. don't send template letters to patients under 40 or maybe look at am files the night before to be sure you have everything you need. Those two simple changes could help change your patient experience. read more
