ZERO stars. I came in here to ship a box to California and they charged me TWICE (nearly $50) and 17 days later, I still haven't spoken or seen someone that has any authority to give me a refund. I went in twice personally and called about 5 times. I personally left a message for the owner and never got called back. What a waste of time....I skipped the post office to give my business to this local shop because I try my best to support neighborhood shops, but this is very frustrating and disappointing. Finally after giving them the benefit of the doubt for 17 whole days, I reported the FRAUDULENT charge to my bank and they issued me a credit, so the bank will be disputing the FRAUDULENT charge, thankfully, because I'm done with them. So, IF you must go, pay cash, or else. But I really recommend taking your business elsewhere. Also, I should mention that I came here a few months back to get passport photos and the passport agency rejected them because they were not taken properly. So don't go there for passport photos either! PS. I never complained to them about this because it was "only" $16, but I wouldn't risk getting useless passport photos. read more

Love this place! It's $1 for UPS or USPS package drop-offs. Free for FedEx. It's a business! I don't blame them at all for charging me a reasonable fee for service. It's $1 to save you an hour of your life waiting in line at USPS. WORTH IT. I'm always in and out of this place in less than 5 mins. It's no frills. The man behind the counter is plenty nice. i wish i could give less than one star. i LOL'd at all of the negative reviews, because i've experienced all the same. upon walking in, the employees are typically on their phones, and seem bothered to have to look up and help you. once there were two employees, and while one was helping a customer in front of me, the other was on the phone and didn't offer to help me so i had to wait. another time i overheard a customer complaining about a different employee saying "this isn't my first rodeo". haha. i have never seen such a complete lack of professionalism from a group of employees. the prices vary. i send out a same package monthly, and the price varies depending on envelopes that they do or do not have, and now they're charging me $.50 to print out a "do not bend" sticker to put on the envelope. the prices are completely arbitrary and there is no consistency. i only require the bare minimum, so i only use this place because i ship something that i know they can't screw up, and it's super close to my house. but if you have a choice, never never come here. it's a rip off, and the service is abysmal. it couldn't be worse. read more

I want to commend Alica at I Mail and More. When I telephoned the other day to get information about mailing a fragile and unusually-sized package, she was helpful and friendly. I made sure I brought my package in when I knew Alica would be in the store. She crafted a box for my package, wrapped it with care and was patient and courteous. Fed-Ex is expensive but I was shipping a gift that was important to me. When the store first opened, I used the store several times and felt the service was bad. I Mail & More didn't initially pop up on my yelp or google search when looking for a place nearby to ship packages. On my way over to the Sandbox on Myrtle (a 20 minute walk from my apartment) I passed this storefront and was so relieved! They offer Fedex and DHL, but not UPS. You can drop off pre-paid USPS packages for $1 each, not too bad and definitely worth skipping a trip to the post office. There are a good amount of shipping supplies (tape, boxes, padding), as well as office supplies for sale. Internet access, printing, and copying are available, and there seemed to be a cafe but it was closed at the time. Clean and well organized inside, and service was friendly and quick! read more

SOOO happy this place opened here! The other mail place down the street (The Mailroom Store) is ridiculously priced and super slow. I almost trekked to Williamsburg or Manhattan today to fulfill my shipping needs. They're full service here (USPS, FedEx and DHL) with lots of supplies, but best of all, the service is fast and friendly! read more

On one occasion a letter I mailed from this location was never received. On another occasion I mailed a letter to the IRS from this location. The clerk put it out in the open on top of the counter near other boxes awaiting pick-up. Anyone could have taken the letter and stolen my identity. Instead I took the letter and dropped it in an official US Mail box myself. It's convenient to buy (admittedly extremely overpriced) stamps but don't mail anything from this location. read more

You would have a better luck herding cats than getting out of this place in under five minutes. Not a single employee moves with a sense of urgency. A woman helped me today, not really sure you can even calm it help. While I'm putting the information for my package drop off she is only typing with one hand. I'm asking questions regarding my receipt and I am being full on ignored. I hate that this is the only mail drop off center close to my home. I will travel far and wide to never have to step foot in this building again. Save yourself the trouble and most importantly your time. I would call and tell their manager this information but I know for a fact he wouldn't care. Maybe if there was more competition they would shape up. read more

I thought the post office was bad... The service here is consistently terrible, with teenaged employees more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Maybe this would be okay if shipping and printing was a good deal here, but unfortunately the prices are exorbitant. I have been charged 50 cents for printing a single black and white sheet and $10 for shipping a thick envelope (I have since printed postage for similar packages online for about $3 each). I have gone here multiple times to print something out since I live really nearby, but at this point I am so sick of the rude service and ridiculous prices that I will not be going here any more. read more

Customers should be clearly advised of fees. The default of printers should always be the cheaper price. How convenient to place your prices miles away from where the printing work is initiated! 70 cents per page because an email address printed in color! If a customer wants to speak with the business owner (because the staff indicated he is the only one that can resolve the issue), don't refuse them the phone number. Also making side comments or eye rolls are not OK! read more

Everything I needed. I went in on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately able to drop my files on to a computer and print out 25 different pages to their nice color printer. The whole thing cost me less than $20 too. Staff was friendly and helpful and knew what they were doing. Finally, a good mailing/printing place in the neighborhood. read more

Pros: -There were plenty of computers available when I came in (Friday around noon). -There was no login process on the computer I used, so I didn't have to wait in line for login credentials or insert my credit card first (like at FedEx Office). Cons: -The line to pay was a bit long, because there was only one person working this shift. She sounded overworked, I felt kinda bad for her. -Probably because she was overworked, the employee didn't come across as the friendliest person. But hey, I'm in a copy shop in Bed-Stuy, so my service expectations weren't that high to begin with. -The minimum credit card charge is $10, which is kinda high considering most copy jobs don't cost $10. Good thing they have said ATM or I would have been SOL. read more

They mis-labeled a first class envelope. Never arrived at location, it's been a month and I am still getting tracking notifications that it is just being sent back and forth. I called usps and went to the post office, they can't find it. Also, I asked imail and more if they had a book of stamps. The cashier said yes, and printed out a roll of e-stamps. He didn't know what a book of stamps was. Really frustrating experience. I would not recommend them. read more

I love this place! The young lady that works there is so helpful and caring, her customer service skills are outstanding! If she knows you are waiting for a package she treats you like she's waiting for a package for herself! My visits to Imail are so much more pleasant than the post office, I hope they never close. read more

Let me put forth to you all the conversation I just had with a lady at iMail: Me: "Hello. How are you?" Her: "Yeah." Me: "Do you have printing services?" Her: "Ye." (Evidentially, this time she couldn't even be bothered to roll that ever so difficult 'ah' sound off the tongue). Me: "So, I can print from my computer, yes?" Her: "Ye". (Again with the linguistic slop!) Me: "Thank you. Have a good day. Then the phone went dead. I know not to expect too much out of these folks. I've dealt enough with the Post Office to know that the lot are shockingly ill-behaved and unprofessional, but even by USPS standards, the aforementioned interaction was appalling. Do people have any sense of decorum left? Is this what happens when you overdose on Zoloft? Do schools no longer teach students how to engage in basic human interactions? This is a review from May 26, 2018.* We first started using IMail and More as a package receiving service over two years ago, when there was a flat rate for a whole year. Charges have REALLY gone up since then. Now you have to pay per package and they started charging based on the size of the package - not only that, but they only took into account its longest dimension. They charged me $8 to pick up a tall package that was 6 inches in the other two dimensions, even though it didn't take up a lot of volume overall. They also just increased their computer and printing charges, so to print a single black and white page you are charged $1 for computer use under 10 minutes and $0.25 for the page. This seems excessive to me. The kicker was when today they said it would be $1 to tape a shipping envelope shut, using 8 inches of tape. Plus the $1 charge to drop off a USPS package to be shipped. I bought a whole roll of tape instead. I don't think we'll be going back. read more

Extremely disorganized. Boxes piled up all over the place. A very expensive package that i sent disappeared and the woman working at the desk couldnt have cared less. She was not concerned or apologetic. Said she was too tired to deal with it. I asked for the managers name and she said the manager would call me but unsurprisingly they never did. I've had a mailbox at this location for over one year. Within the year, there have been many staff changes, and not for the good. The customer service has rapidly declined. The employees have horrible attitudes and the display of unprofessionalism is astonishing. The customer service got so bad that I just closed my account. Also, the prices and polices changed from week to week without prior notice to customers. Notices of mail often were not sent. read more

This place is great, and I'm so glad to have them in the neighborhood. I'm a teacher and go in often to use the computer to print materials and make copies. The people who work there are very helpful whenever an issue arises with a copier (which isn't often) or I'm having a problem of some kind. It's a bit on the pricey side to print from the computer, but I don't know what I'd do without them! read more

Very highly caution everyone to NOT use this business. A friend of mine left a laptop at my house and I had to overnight FedEX it, and I used this place. The cost of the overnight rate was $270.91. They charged this amount on my credit card twice, and after discussing with my bank, I contacted the manager and asked that it be refunded. She said it might take a few days but they would call when it was handled. I contacted the manager of the store, Allie (not sure about spelling), again this past week to check on the refund since I'd not heard anything, and she said they had contacted the company that handles their credit card transactions and they were waiting on a letter from that credit card company to issue my refund...and she said, quote, "We have a lot of problems with them sometimes." That is just plain and simply a runaround and an attempt to keep an extra $270.91. ANY legitimate business can simply issue the refund when they see the mistake. I've had to open an official dispute with my credit card company, and no telling when it will be resolved. If you use this business, DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD. This almost sounds like a scam, or at least severe incompetence. read more

I really want to like this place, but on multiple visits I've felt that I'm being ripped off. It's the only full-service printing, shipping and office supply store in the neighborhood. I go here for printing, scanning and making copies, but I would no longer go here if there was an alternative nearby. On my first few visits here I was directed to the computers to print documents. I was charged for time on the computer, which is standard. The problem is, there isn't any official timer on the computers and I often find myself paying for some arbitrary amount of time on the computer. This means, sometimes I might be charged $4 or $5 to print 1 color page, while I believe the cost of a color print is listed as $.59. If I have time to do so, I've found the cheapest way to print is to put documents on a USB stick and print directly from the printer. I've also had challenges with scanning. At first I was told the only way to access a scanned document was on the computer, incurring the $1.25/minute fee just to access a scan, which is listed as $.25. I've since learned it's possible to scan directly to a USB stick, avoiding this fee. I have no problem paying for printing and scanning - and even the occasional computer use. My issue is there's no transparency in what I'll be charged. I've now been there nearly a dozen times and I still continue to be surprised when I'm told the price at the cash register. read more

They have gone above normal customer service to help me and they always have the most positive attitudes.
