She answered all of my questions and did an amazing job on my first UV gel nail set. Sara is there a couple times a week to service clients. Currently, I book all my appointments with Teresa. She is the best! Teresa is so sweet and gives the best massages! A bonus is that the salon's regular pedicures are like a spa pedicure you would receive at other locations! I can't resist the place, the prices and the service here.

I went here for the first time today after reading good reviews to get my nails done…read more I asked for UV gel with 4 nails ( 2 on each hand) a tortoise design. The nail technician did a good job shaping them. However, I'm not happy with the final result. My nails were almond shaped and the edges of each nail were sharp causing an unpleasant rough scratchy feeling when I scratch my arm. I had to file them myself with a buffer when I got home. During my service each finger placed in the UV light after the iv gel was placed burned so badly I had to take it out of the light and shake my hand, it was so painful. The tortoise design looks good from far away, however the nail art is bumpy and it was not smoothed out. Lastly, I did not see one ounce of barbicide or any indication that anything was being sanitized. The scrub brushes had one holder, no option to put into any sort of cleaning solution, and a pair of what appeared to be un sanitized cuticle scissors were used. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring this up to my nail technician due to language barrier. I ended up paying $145 without tip today, and feeling ripped off. I feel disappointed.

They don't have lot parking so you have to find street parking and I was 6 min late walking in when the nail artist walks me over to the pedicure chair to say she won't have time to do french toes with chrome. I grabbed my stuff and left. I even tried to explain myself to the receptionist that I had to have multiple convos about this appointment and saying that they can't accommodate me now is ridiculous. She then told me to "take it down a notch". No, you step it up and be better. You guys are extremely rude and I will never come back to this salon or recommend you ever. This is a nail salon not a surgical center, stay in your lane. I'm glad I made the decision to not get my wedding nails done here, terrible vibes from the staff. I would give a 0 if I could. I like basic gel/sns powder manicures, so that's all I can Yelp about! I've been here several times and each time my experience was basically the same. They make you soak your nails for about 45 minutes to an hour which is completely unnecessary. The nail techs are friendly but they spend more time engaging in personal conversation than working on your nails. There's absolutely no reason for anyone to have to spend 2.5-3 hours at a salon for a dip powder manicure, but you will if you come here. This is a nail salon, not a nail spa- iykyk! The environment here is not peaceful at all, and you will not have a relaxing experience. There's lots of loud chatter amongst the employees, 2 loud TVs on and loud customers having personal conversations on their cellphones. They don't not clean your hands with a warm towel, or give you that good old hand massage when you're done. They also don't wipe down and sanitize their areas in between customers. Although the salon is not dirty, it could definitely use a wipe down or two & and mop and broom more often. However I like the way they do my nails and my nails always seem to last 2-3 weeks. The SNS powder is always neatly applied and Fernanda always give me the shape that I ask for. Download the clover app and check-in while you're there. After 10 visits, you get a free sns manicure set. There's a parking lot next door, as well as lots of street parking one block over.

I tend to do SNS with tips and have them filed coffin shape which means the sides are skinnier. To get the nails filed they charge an extra $5 which I think is a little excessive. The sns is the powder type gel that doesn't require UV lights. If you're looking for a hard manicure that doesn't chip - opt for the SNS. I also found after getting SNS done at other salons that this salon has a ton more color choices. I believe I pay $45-50 each time I get my nails done. Parking is also sometimes difficult because the lot is shared with restaurants and stores.

The pedicurist did offer me a UV light for my toes. In addition, I found it unprofessional that when I asked for change for tips for the manicurist and pedicurist, the manicurist took it upon herself to decide who got what amount asking me. I typically give the pedicurist more because that service cost more. Sadly, this visit just confirmed why I hadn't returned in the first place. I will never be back.
