Have given this shop so many chances to get my nails right but they always seem to miss the Mark. This Sunday I went and got a gel pedicure and a gel extension set and yesterday I lost one nail and today I lost another. I didn't have the heart to tell the technician that the shape was horrendous and that the color that I wanted was not what she was putting on my nails I thought that I would get used to it, but I haven't and now to are gone. I'm sorry but I can't give $180 and have a poor experience so I'm reviewing so that perhaps this won't happen to someone else don't go here. read more

Today was my first time here. I just moved to Clifton and needed a new salon. This is my second Clifton salon and I'm happy with the results. Large parking lot behind the building is super convenient. The salon itself is a little dated, lighting isn't so great, and there's clutter all over the place. If you can get past the salon's appearance, then you'll be happy. My nail tech was Carol, who I believe is the manager/owner? She did my gel manicure. She had to answer the phone and was the one helping everyone so you have to be patient. She's super apologetic whenever she has to stop. I was fine with it so it was whatever to me. Price was $30 for a gel manicure which is average for the area I believe. I'll be back for a pedicure! read more

Been coming here for years, very clean and large comfortable space with easy parking. Owner is very nice and the pedicure girls are very thorough, take their time and do a great job. I like that they will do your mani/pedi at the same time if they have availability- great for me that I'm always in a rush. read more

This salon has the nicest nail techs I ever met! I like how one person was painting my toes and another nail tech was giving me a mani at the same time. And it's only $30 for a basic mani-pedi. Very clean here too. Big space with a lot of pedicure chairs as well as manicure tables! Will definitely be going back! read more

I suggest driving a little further toward Nutley and get your nails/ waxing service done there. I regret even sticking around but I really needed this waxing- big even the next day. Anyways, the lady was not curtious #1, the waxing room was alittle messy, I watched the young guy before me leave the seat after getting his eyebrows done and she did not change the paper on the bed #3. Then my bill was unexpectantly pricey. I suggest driving 10 more minutes in clifton and visit Botany Village many salons there. read more

This place sucks. I should have ran as soon as I walked in. I came to Nail of Nails as an emergency stop before the Good Friday and Easter holiday began. Their attitudes were unprofessional and unfriendly. After paying $55 for a wrap on my nails, plus a $10 tip (before the color and everything was applied) I left the facility and my nails started peeling immediately. They did not offer to put a gel coating on it, so I had I called and inquired why the woman did not put gel coating on my nails, the owner stated "because she's not supposed to." I understand policies and procedures, the attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional. I went back to the nail shop, the woman who initally did my nails, just added gel on top. Did not bother to fix the chipped paint. Now, 5 days later, my nails are severely cracking and chipping. After paying a total of $70 i expected better service and for my nails not to chip, especially after 5 days. I will never return to this place of business and I suggest others do not returrn as well, unless you want cracked, chips nails along with bad service. read more
