Strong strong, lol. So be warned. I usually get deep tissue and enjoy elbows and knees and I don't dare do deep tissue. Hot stones are included which is a great touch. She also does some additional stretching which feels almost like Thai massage. You don't have to tell her much - she can feel your muscles and know where the knots are. Sometimes it hurts because there are spots that need to get worked out but I know it's for my own good. I've had to tap out a few times though. Def give a try, price is reasonable and the online booking is the best part. Nothing worse than having a knot you need worked out and not being able to get in for three weeks somewhere!
