Loved the help and knowledge they provided for us when getting our baseboards and door trims.

Never start working with this company. Not a single one of our three orders was delivered on time. Every delivery was delayed by 1-2 days, which completely stopped our production process, and they take absolutely no responsibility for the losses caused by their delays. On top of that, during the very first delivery, their forklift operator dropped a full pallet from approximately 1.5 meters directly onto our equipment. Again, nobody took responsibility for the damage. This is an awful company with terrible service and zero accountability. I would never recommend working with them. read more

Only use IMECA if you are okay with buying whatever they have in stock at a store you are physically standing in and ready to purchase right then and there. Ordering online has turned out to be the worst experience I have ever encountered. I though Laguna customer service was bad. These IMECA employee seriously do not care about you and make it cleat in their tone that you are bothering them. This is significant because their online platform and ordering system is at best, very poor. This process has been nothing but awful and I strongly recommend against order from them ever. read more

DO NOT USE IMECA LUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Some of the worst customer relations I have ever experienced. It starter several months ago when they sent the wrong color parts. They haven't once answered a dozen emails and voice messages. When I finally get them on the phone (they also don't answer those around 80% of the time I have called, and never before noon) they tell me the parts are on their desk and waiting to ship. A week later I got the same answer. A couple weeks after that they claim the parts were shipped but returned to them. Once I finally got a tracking number I see they shipped them (again supposedly) to someone in Miami and I am in Michigan. Now every time I call, they put me on hold until it makes me leave a voice message (see above how they treat voice messages) read more

The horrible customer service outweighs the quality product. I placed an online order on Thursday and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. On Monday, I get a call from the driver that no one is on the job site. I told him that is because they said Wednesday. He said ok I will come back. Wednesday and Thursday no show and no phone call. They do not answer the phone or emails. Thursday at 4:30 I reach the rudest manager. I asked why they did not show. She said the truck was broken and I said why didn't you call and advise us of that. She tells me she had a doctors appointment and was busy. So they put me on again for Friday. I said ok but call me beforehand so I can be there. 7:50am I get a call from the store and says driver coming today, I asked when she said I do not know. So I decide to drive there and at 8:10 driver says he is there. I told him I am on my way and he says I am busy I cannot stay and leaves. Here it is over a week and no product- this is crazy. The Imeca lumber and hardware in Boca Raton Florida, DO NOT!!! recommend. The Spanish lady is very rude. She sold me some hardware and I bought extra I wasn't sure how many I needed. When I went back to return the hardware I lost my receipt, she told me she would not take them back. Mind you they are still wrapped in original package. Smh. That is BAD business. read more

Excellent customer service and I found all that I was looking for. This guys don't sell just wood.....they have a variety of micas, acrylic laminates, melamine and they have also the hardware to make kitchen cabinets and closets.... I recommend it 100% read more

This is the worst company we have ever purchased lumber from and we order from a lot of companies. We were promised a unit of USPly brand birch plywood and received a non labeled cheap Chinese brand that splintered and shredded as it was cut. We were promised a new delivery over 15 times and were lied to each and every time. We opened a complaint with the BBB in which they did not respond. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! read more
