Jackson had my scooter for over four months (not during Covid). They said they changed the batteries, but no difference was seen. I was also billed for a trip of which never happened because we picked up the scooter ourselves. They did not tighten up the arms like I specifically asked them to. The receipt that they sent home had no dollar amount, probably because it was a waiver program. A company with integrity would cross their T's and dot their I's and complete the paperwork in its entirety. They don't return my phone calls when I inquire about what work they've actually completed We will never work with them again.

(October, 2016) ? -Handi used hacked hybrid screws from both sides of the atlantic, complicating maintenance? (september, 2016) --Assembly was required, at home, by the client with mobility impairment? initially, Handi tried to drop the chair off at my house as an afterthought on the way home from work at 7P. I got them to deliver it dduring business hours to take me through a test spin. The bulk of assembly was left to me,and remains incomplete. My bedroom became their workshop, in their absence . (Sept, 2016) By golly, I was hoping to roll into courage center for the equipment eval and see Reliable Medical , as the appointed vendor.
