This includes my previous primary care physicians and numerous other doctors I have seen throughout my 50+ years. For anyone in the waiting room, please know that IF there is any delay (by the why, my appt was on-time) it likely because Dr. BURRUEL is spending important and thoughtful time with each patient to truly understand their concerns, explore a diagnosis, and recommend the best next steps....well worth the quality of care provided. They do take appointments, so you are first after them. They don't contract with the VA, so you have to use your Medicare Insurance. No problem, I have learned to have both. In and out in a reasonable time with instructions and ointments and bandages till I come back to have the stitches removed. Glad I came. The staff were great. Very modern office and equipment.

They can do xray, bloodwork, and even have a pharmacy! The FIRECRACKERS at the Broadway location were amazing to me on Sunday. I have been coughing and wheezing for 3 weeks and finally had enough. Each member of the teaam was very nice to me and even though they were really busy and it took longer than probably normal, I was really happy They made sure to xray my chest and take blood to ensure they narrowed down the diagnosis as much as possible. After receiving some much needed treatment and some proper medications, I left feeling 10x better then when I arrived. I am hopeful that in the next week I can finally kick this!

Here is the problem I have. Even after taking a copy of my insurance card, DL, and CC, they billed the wrong insurance company, and the claim was denied, so they billed my CC for almost $500.00. For a Covid test! It is now December 11th, and they have not refunded my money, nor have they billed the correct insurance company despite my 3 emails and 4 phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

While that's mostly true, I still remember the old days of having to take the day off from work, only to be held captive in waiting rooms for hours with nothing but last year's People magazine to pore over. Us magazine if I was lucky. No thanks. I'm grateful for the efficient experience. My last visit (physical) was less than an hour, including labs and vaccines. It takes a while to fill out the 4 pages of paperwork, and then to get called back. This was significantly shorter of a wait than I've experienced at home in Vegas, maybe 20 minutes. Once back, they took my vitals. Waited around 10 minutes for the doctor, then another 10 for an ankle wrap, then ~5 for my outbound papers. It was a decently quick visit, given Urgent Care's usually take a while. The staff was super kind to me, and very professional. The clinic was very clean. As far as price, I'm not sure since it should be covered by my insurance. The only downside is the limited Open hours.
