Simple, clean, streamline modern decor. It's definitely more low key and relaxed than some other spas I've visited but still worth every penny. This time had a Egyptian milk and honey wrap with an added 30 min neck, back and shoulder massage. Starts with an warmed aromatic lightly orange accented exfoliation everywhere on my body, a quick hot shower rinse and then back on the table for a massage with warmed milk & honey lathered everywhere again. Once the M&H was sufficiently on me, I was put on another table, wrapped up nice and snug and all of a sudden the table underneath started falling away from me and I was softly cocooned and suspended in what kind of seemed like a warm water bed. Had the best nap being wrapped up in there! Warning though...if you're claustrophobic, I wouldn't recommend this treatment. A cool towel was placed over my eyes but my face was never encased or submerged eve. Peggy my masseuse was amazing and had the softest yet strongest hands! Can't wait to get back for another treatment soon.

I frequent Immersion Spa because I can't find anything that compares here in NYC. I love this place and I don't mind driving 2 hours for a full day of relaxation. It's so worth it. The spa is beautiful! The women's lounge is so nice; plush couches, great reading material, and wall to ceiling windows with gorgeous views! They also offer a great selection of Harney & Sons teas, infused water, fresh and dried fruits, and nuts! The lockers are nice and spacious, the showers are beautiful, and they have a beautiful space with mirrors, hair dryers, and other toiletries. Private water lounge for women. The shared space is also beautiful with amazing views! Spacious hot tub, lap pool, and plenty of seating! The best part, you can have lunch delivered to you while you lounge. In addition to the amazing spa, the massages are fantastic! Chris is my go to masseuse! Try the balinese massage

Gorgeous, super high-end, and luxurious all describe the immersion spa at the borgotta. You really don't even feel like you are in Atlantic City, but off an island in Greece! If you purchase a treatment at the immersion, you can use the spa anytime that day to swim, use the sauna or just lounge around near the pools. My husband and I did a couple's deep tissue massage and it was amazing. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend!

Gloomy day but still an amaizing view.

Amazing experience, Peggy gave the most relaxing massage therapy I've ever had. I highly recommend the Rock Your Senses, you won't regret it. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and very clean. I couldn't give it 5 stars because the Hot tub in the mens lounge could use a cleaning. On the plus side the coed one is perfect!

This spa made me feel like a goddess, oooh the view and ambience was so beautifully serene. The massage itself was good, but nothing special. I had better massages in cheap Thai massage parlors in Manhattan. The part I enjoyed most was after the couple massage with my cute boy toy. Once our massage was over, they had chocolate truffles, fruits and a jacuzzi waiting for us to enjoy. We proceeded to the pool area for wine and a even more killer view of the city. I honestly forgot I was even in Atlantic City!!!

Had a couples massage here with my girlfriend on 06/07/2026 for her birthday and everything was flawless, I had Pilar for the 50 min couples massage and the pressure and flow of the massage was perfect. My girlfriend had Ivy and she said hers was perfect as well and practically fell asleep. Amenities are nice, currently sitting in the male spa area as I'm writing this. The coed area is alright, a bit too many kids for my taste but that's not the establishments fault - if you pay to get in and you have kids with you then it is what it is. 10/10 would recommend.

The operator answered and immediately put me on hold - ok no problem. Then when she returns there's not type of niceness or sincerity in her voice, straight to the point in what am I wanting and when I asked for a couples massage she immediately wanted all my information, ok I guess, and then when I ask for how much the massages are she ignores the question getting into timings and the different services offered. I ask again "okay.. prices?" And she gives me attitude stating "depends on what you want with massages starting at $190 I don't know what you want" yes... you don't know what I want because you asked absolutely no probing questions to get to what I am looking for. Why would I book a couples massage and not know what the price is and then get there for the massage to find out it's outside of my price range. I'm sure this facility and the massages are great but I live well over 2 and a half hours away, I am going for my girlfriends celebration, so to immediately be given attitude before the trip has even started yet is a huge turn off. Definitely retrain whomever this person is, customer service starts BEFORE you get in the door.

Having your personal towels/items (I used a book I was reading) there helps hold your spot without someone else camping out. - they do a bag check, they don't allow outside food/drinks. We had our morning Starbucks drinks and had to drink them in the bar area outside of the pool before we could enter. - the pool is cloudy, I'm sure it has something to do with the amount of people in the pool as well as beverages that spill. We also noticed some guests eating pool side and even scooped some lettuce from the water. - bring an empty insulated cup, they have ice and water coolers for your conscience. - the pool is on the bay side of the building so there were occasional greenhead flys (painful bites). But, Qua make Foo feel like Roman God of health and vitalis! So, Foo time like this ... "Hi, my name Foo, I want day pass to see Roman baths." So, Foo, me, the reviewer of this review, is led to long hall and then Foo goes to spa desk but empty so Foo walks through door says "M" and wanders around. So, here's what Foo does: 15 mins steam 15 mins sauna 5 mins hot jets 5 mins tepid 10 mins cold Then Foo takes shower and Foo feels so at home sitting on little stool under hard rain. Foo uses all products but conditioner. So happy. On Foo way out he says bye to man watching TV and walks past empty desk again but Foo no never mind because he now so refreshed.
