I revisited today after 3+ years and believe it or not, my experience was even better (not sure I would have believed that was possible). I injured my lower back and was in need of help. Grace was AMAZING. I did the one hour, deep tissue massage for $80. In addition to everything that was top-notch about my experience last time, Grace did a Gua Sha technique at the end and what felt like lymphatic drainage and the most divine scalp massage. Hot stones and being fully wiped of oils at the end was appreciated. I need to make a note to take a LARGE bottle of water for after the massage. I called ahead and had no problem scheduling a chair massage same day for the time I wanted. When I arrived, a massage therapist was waiting and they set a timer for the 30 mins. I was impressed that my request for them focusing on neck and shoulders was honored - and Wendy spent the majority of the 30 mins really getting the knots out, with a few mins at the end for scalp, and then lotion on my arms / hands. I left feeling refreshed (without a headache after 2 days of a migraine!) and they handed me a cold bottle of water to take with me. Some wins: - The ambience was quiet and clean. - There was AC going but it wasn't too cold, and there are a number of private rooms in the back for table massages. - Easy scheduling, long hours, reasonable prices. The opportunities: - They kept trying to upsell me with a table massage instead or adding time (they did respect my request ultimately though) - The chair and the foot massage chairs are in the entrance area, so still nice but not super private. read more

I usually don't leave reviews, but this was a wonderful experience. I had some serious targeted right side shoulder and neck pain. Went in for a walk in 30 minute massage with WeeWee and she absolutely NAILED it. Worked exactly where I needed it and got some major knots out for me. Very strong and deep just like I needed. I am always skeptical about trying a new massage place, but I am happy to report that the massage I got from Nina at Imperial was EXCELLENT! Pros: No up selling, no membership crap, no BS. I wanted a massage, and I got a massage. The therapist didn't try to lecture me about my desk job or any other crap. If fact, she didn't really say a whole lot, which to me is perfect. The massage I signed up for was 60 minutes and she gave an actual 60 minute massage. None of this 50 minute stuff they pull at the chain places. The whole place was clean! She used a few hot stones and hot towels throughout. Cons: It was a little chilly, but I am perpetually cold, so the next time I go I will be sure to request a table warmer or another blanket. I didn't say anything about it though so I won't hold it against them. LOL Needless to say, I will definitely be back. Also, since they apparently don't have a website or menu online the 60 minute massage set me back $80 plus tip. It's a *little* steep, but this is Margate so that's the way it is. read more

80 Massage was ok until about 60 mins in when the therapist was acting weird and seemed to be "rushing"... what I didn't know is that there was MAJOR FLOODING and rather than tell me the water was rising they kept on with my massage, then they took my $120 and then LOCKED ME OUT of the warm building without a jacket and left me on the porch! Totally unsafe! It was also only 715pm and not closing time by any means (they normally close at 10pm) .... They could have waited with me until water resided, or waited until I could get to my car or a car to get out safely! What terrible customer Service !!! I would have driven them home if I could get to my car and they couldn't get home! Just ridiculous!! read more

Everyone was very nice/ the place was clean, my massage was great. It was interesting that I didn't need to fill out anything prior to getting the massage such as a waiver or medical information, etc. I didn't realize it until I was already in the massage. That's the only thing that made me uncomfortable. Hot stones and warm oil and warm/hot washcloths were used as part of the massage.i would go again. read more
