Of course, we had already contracted with a CUSTOMER SERVICE based firm which has been a great pleasure to deal with, so there were no transition issues. We were out of compliance because of your non service! I now have a contact person who actually helps. I learned it was a big mistake to go with a cheap firm. you get what you pay for, of course in this case I didn't even get that. The only calls I got where to pay for a non working service, which I had reported the previous year. I had paid the last year with the promise the service would improve. It did not. ZERO monitoring calls, even when the alarm was going off. Funny how I never got a call when the alarm went off, yet no problem when they ask for money. I really wished you had taken an interest in the account before I had to write a public review. I am just thankful no one was killed or property lost due to the non service. If you are still having trouble contacting me (if you ever tried) feel free to respond on this post and tell me if you want me to contact you. While this may be your main business, it is a sacrifice of my spend time on these type of forums. Regardless, I wish you the best, but can't recommend your service. They are local, but definitely do not care about their brand. I called the company and spoke with Linda to speak/leave a message for owner. He never called and they never apologized for the inconvenience. They still had the nerve to ask if I could take a day off from work to facilitate the tech being there. Lousy company that lies and does not keep their end of the bargain. Go with another company. I had to make several calls to get an excuse why they cannot do it. I went to them thinking I would support a local business, which I always try to do. What I didn't realize is that they would take me to the cleaners and install very basic equipment while charging me for gold and platinum level equipment. For instance, after they installed a complete home security system, including two cameras, I thought to myself that the equipment looked somewhat 'cheap' compared to other systems I had seen. So I went through the list of everything they installed and went to Amazon and other retailers to see just how much would it cost me to but the equipment myself - and the grand total was a little less than $1500. But I, in the end, had paid more than 3 times that, so I guess the installation, which took a day, cost thousands of dollars. That doesn't take into account dealer prices or anything else, so I'm sure the actual difference was even more than that. Every business needs to make a profit - I understand that. Now, if the equipment was first rate, I probably wouldn't be so upset. But at every turn, the equipment was not what we discussed or it doesn't meet my needs, which should have been addressed, based on their expertise after we discussed what I was trying to accomplish. Instead, even the installation was faulty resulting in an outbuilding not being secured a month after being installed.
