My family and I had the best time at my Birthday Celebration July 18th. The Banquet Room was perfect for our party. The staff was very accommodating as my guest list fluctuated from month to month, but that never seemed to be a problem. The meal was simple and very delicious! Paid for two $25 cards at the kiosk, and was told after asking why my credit card was charged $56 that there was a $3 activation charge for each card. Kids wanted to ride the go-karts, so we paid for that separately. $11 each...for 5 laps...do the math...that's $2.20 per lap. Cars were slow, so that wasn't much fun for them. A few of the arcade games weren't working, but there's a good selection to choose from. Overall, they had a good time on the games. I have never in my life have witnessed so much racism and hate in a facility. Kids were being bullied. Services and refund policies are not stated. Games were malfunctioning to take tokens without playing, not allowing teams to reload or add a member, or blocking functions while playing on the backend. I am in tech and I am actually taken back at the pettiness of that one. My son and I take our 2 player games seriously so we understand the functions. Staff actually told me that people were purposely not going to play laser tag at the time we wanted and to come back. I could see that was out of their control which I am assuming is management. I was even concerned to drink the water. The bar staff was treated poorly. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

I absolutely love this place! Great, great GREAT Family Day. Kids love it. Spend the whole day here just having fun. My favorite is the X-Rider 4D ride. The kids love the go-karts. Everything is just so fun. They are a bit pricey, tho... it would be nice to see them lower their prices. Some of the staff are also very Doom and Gloom and make you feel like a burden and actually get grumpy and are just not people- people, so should probably not be working there. They are also always short-staffed, so the same person has to move from different rides, so I can see why they get aggravated. But a lot of the staff are very friendly and nice. For a family of four for (UNLIMITED) ALL DAY PASSES, its $160 just to get in. That does not count drinks and snacks while you were in there. What a fantastic and fun filled day for kids. If you go when it's not crowded it's amazing. They have everything-- duck pin bowling, mini golf, arcade games (like Dave & Buster's), go karts, bouncy castles with slides, etc. The arcade is not a great value for the money but everything else was fantastic. read more

When you first walk in you are hit with a long line to get a card to play, at least that's what the insanity looked like. We had a party. Definitely felt rushed for the time frame we were given but the kids had fun and our party helper Aiden was fantastic. The women's restroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor and nasty toilets with one completely unhinged and the electrical components were open. I am 100% sure that is a safety hazard. I suggest having team members check the bathrooms every hour to make sure that the place is sanitary. But post covid, I don't know if you can ask for things like that anymore. The rest of the place was great. Lines for games weren't long at all and it was a Saturday evening. Games were on point and kids had an amazing time. Come prepared to spend a LOT of money. I had a terrible experience there this evening. My kids tried to cash in their game cards, there were young kids working the prize counter and one of the cards said it had zero tickets, which wasn't the case, and the guy did nothing about it and was rude to my kids. We then went over to the pin deck, where we waited for 15 minutes with no service. A guy came out of the back and was clearly inconvenienced to help us and was far from friendly. Did not apologize, and the things we wanted to order he said they were out of pretty much everything. I spent over $100 tonight and am extremely disappointed in the service and outcome. read more

This was my first time going and the place overall I liked. I liked all the games and the different activities. There is so much to do that hours just fly by here. My big problem is with some of the service. I went to the bar and sat down and it took someone 20 minutes to acknowledge us and there was only 2 other people at the bar. That's 20 minutes taken away from other activities. On top of that we ordered food and it was completely forgotten about. We sat at the bar for an hour and a half and by the time we got our food the place was closed. So we were there for 3 hours but only got to do stuff for an hour because of poor service. Listen everyone will look at this and says Scence 75 is a place for kids. Well you are right at first then you are so wrong. S75 has the main kid area that has so much to do with kids. But adults can enjoy the round bar the mini bowling and the bar area that has pizza, burgers and other bar items. Now for the more adult side Pins, the bowling alley with pool tables and shuffle board tables. Beer selection is great but you may want beer from the round bar 20 plus taps. The food is very good of course bar food with great pizza. Want to catch a game eat some pizza and compete hit up S75. read more

Five star service from Aiden as our party host. We chose the unlimited passes for our party and got a pretty good deal. Guests got bonus money on their card due to a promo. We came during peak times, so we expected a wait, but the employees all did a good job making sure the lines ran smoothly and efficiently. Do not buy cards online!!! They will not honor them! I bought two $100 game cards online for Scene 75 Cincinnati for my son-in-law's birthday on 2/7/24. I received an email confirmation for them and sent my son-in-law the links to redeem them. He went with his family on 2/10/24 to redeem them. They said they had already been redeemed and would not honor. A manager offered to give them $100 credit to use but not the $200 that I paid for. They refused and used their own money. What a ripoff! Arrived on a Friday at lunchtime. 3 adults and 3 kids. Thought we would start with lunch. I wish the website informed patrons that no food or drink is open. It's summer and busy but no, you have to walk to the bowling alley next door. Bowling alley understaffed and that took forever. I can't believe you cannot even get a pop to drink in scene 75. The baby area of the kids' play area is worn and old. The little carrousel has to be pushed by hand (not easy) because it's broken. Some of the mats and climbing blocks are worn and torn. Kids had fun in the Game Center but the line to turn in their tickets for a prize was so long with only one person working it. We didn't wait. I doubt we'll return. We'll find something else to do on a rainy day. read more

This was an amazing place to take the family. Biggest arcade I have ever seen had bouncy houses for the younger kids. Bumper carts were super fun and safe! There was and vr ride and the service for that was amazing the young man running it was amazing and made sure everyone was comfortable. This place is so much fun (with or without kids)! The bumper cars were the best! Not your average bumper car either - I won't spoil it for you, check it out. The restaurant and bar is pretty amazing as well. The bartender made my friend and I a drink (called Liquid Marijuana) that had us feeling pretty amazing! CAUTION:: not the best idea to drink/eat heavily then get on a motion ride. May not be pretty! I would recommend coming here on a random day where it's not so crazy packed. You won't wait in long lines and you get the most fun out of it! I can't wait to go back. Wish they would build another one further west of Cincy! read more

We took our nieces and nephews for a belated birthday party. The place is certainly big enough with dozens of video games, duckpin bowling, put putt, and go carts. The establishment was clean and well staffed. My favorite was the duckpin bowling which was easiest for even the tiniest guests. The boys loved the two story space invaders game. It is easy to go through your credits with the game cards so be prepared to refill the $. I recommend for family's especially on rainy days. read more

Came here yesterday for some fun with the nephews! I was super impressed by the many of games and options they have. You can spend all day here. We did laser tag and regular game play. The laser tag was really fun. They also have glow in the dark putt putt, go Karts and a "chaos room" some virtual reality games and a ton of interactive games for all ages. read more

Saturday night, after 10PM. Pretty empty, which worked out as far as the wait time for games/go-cart. Haven't been in about a year, and realized why it's only cool for taking younger children to. Not much to do. When I take children, they enjoy the go-carts and the "inflatable" room. It tires them out, and hey isn't that what you want to accomplish when you take children out? I keep my game cards, so I added $50.00. It took about an hour to blow through it plus the balance I already had on it. Go-carting was ok. We asked why the go-carta weren't as fast as we remembered, turns out after 11PM they turn the course to "drunken patrons mode". Hmm, note to self, be sure to ride before 11 unless I want to cruise the course almost as fast as I used to run in my heydays. read more

Let's start by saying that I am at this place regularly, because it is the closest place to me that has my game "Down the Clown." I have the gold card (a couple actually) and I'm in almost every day that the doors are open. This isn't because of anything other than convenience for me. I've gotten to know some of the staff, and I know those particular clown machines like the back of my hand. Soo...scene 75...sit back cuz I have a few things to get off my chest. I spend HUNDREDS of dollars on this one game a week. (I play a little skee ball sometimes, but that money is insignificant.) As someone who is probably in your top 5% of spenders, and that can literally tell maintenance exactly every single issue one of those machines has, you'd think that the people who make their paycheck there would be pretty cool with me, right? Most of them are. I LOVE the maintenance guys, they know how much I'm there, and listen when I complain, because I don't unless there's a real issue. But, let's talk about the little roly poly blonde guy that works at the desk (I guess that's where he works, I've never seen him do much. He comes off nice enough most of the time, but seems to always have an underlying urge to ruin my day for some reason. I do t bother anyone there, I play my game, spend my money, and leave. We'll get to exactly why shortly. Anyway, for a game that at least nets you a few hundred a week, you'd think that you might put a TINY amount of effort into keeping it up. There's a total of like 10 balls between the two machines, while each machine should have 10. No wonder someone always puts both balls together. Since each machine should have 20, by manufacturer specifications, you don't even have enough for a full set. Lucky for me, I bring my own, right? Wrong. The balls I bring are bought from the manufacturer, and simply allow me to play what I've paid for. This is is no secret. I don't hide them, and I never take more than I bring. Queue Roly Poly...tonight, he came back because the other machine didn't have any balls, and he had to give refunds, imagine that...it's like that 100% of the time because y'all don't give a darn about it. Then he tries to take MY balls to even them out. WRONG, BUDDY! I told him he could take all of them but the 10 I brought, and he proceeds to tell me I can't bring my own balls...since when? If I don't, I can't play, so what's the point of even walking in the door? I could understand if I damaged the machine, or did anything other than hand you money...hell I PAY you to supply my own balls, and tell you everything you need to know to keep them up and running, you should be paying ME at this point, but...here we are. That's tonight's experience, I have plenty more, like the time ol Roly Poly told me y'all were getting rid of my clown game for something else, like just TRYING to piss me off, but that's another story for another review, I got stuff to do. read more

Yesterday was our first time at Scene 75. We had 6 kids and two adults. As you walk in, the front desk will help you choose your best option, buying a super pass or just loading any amount of money onto a card. Be mindful that although the super pass seems like a great deal for $50.00, it doesn't include everything and you will have to add money if your child wants to bowl, enter the bounce house room, Lazer maze, chaos room, or Valkyrie. What worked best for us was choosing what activities we wanted to do, add up the cost and then added addition money for arcade time. We ended up Buying a $50 card (they added $5.00) as a bonus and we were free to play anything we wanted with these unrestricted cards. There is a great selection of different style and skill level video games. The typical price ranged from 1.00-3.00. Some games will add points to your card that you can spend at the prize counter but others do not. Be mindful of this if your child is all about accumulating points to spend. The go carts are super fun and surprisingly fast for being battery apportioned. They have double seaters for kids Under 55" tall that have to be the passenger of someone over 18. You must register each child or adult driver at the kiosk before hand. The Lazer maze was cooler than I'd thought it would be. You can choose between a one player or two player game. You crawl though a maze of green Lasers to hit the button at one end of the room and make it around the other side to touch the hand print on the wall. A red light will flash and a sound goes off for every laser you hit. They do have a tv so you can watch how well the person inside does and another screen will display your score. This was a lot of fun as well. The kids enjoyed the Lazer tag but it definitely wasn't as good as the one at Lazer Craze. Apparently, the kids felt like cheating was allowed and got a little annoyed at that. The bounce house area cost $6 for 30 minutes or $9 for one hour (all money gets taken off your card). The kids liked this a lot and it gave the adults a place to sit and relax. An adult does have to stay inside the bounce area while the kids play. The bumper cars were fun, kind of a smaller space but the kids didn't mind. The cars light up and i think the most fun was trying to learn the controls and just spinning in circles. Personally, I'd say Valkyrie was my favorite. It's a white "vehicle" with 8 seats. 4 seats facing one direction and 4 seats facing the other (imagine your backs to each other). Each set of seats have a large screen in front of them and a gun to shoot the zombies. You wear 4D glasses. Two large doors close so you are inside this small space and in the dark. If you are claustrophobic or get motion sickness, you will have an issue with this. The vehicle moves so realistic, I was shocked. I've played similar games but not one as realistic as this one. The video has you on the back of a Jeep and moving backward and you honestly feel like you are moving backwards. Very cool! The zombies: they show a video outside Valkyrie that has very realistic and pretty scary looking zombies. My 8 year old refused to play this game bc the zombies were so freaky. The game itself does not look like this video. You CAN'T see detail on the zombies. Which I was happy about being with little kids. The most detail is on the giant at the end to finish off the game. You do see some big teeth and tentacles and his face is scarier than any other part of the game. I would not take a child on this game that is scared of the dark, the boogie man under his bed or in the closet or has nightmares. Otherwise, I highly recommend this game. By far my favorite thing there. There's a vending machine with drinks, a snack bar for icees, pop/Gatorade, cookies, soft pretzels etc. Pricey! A pop will cost you $3.00. There's also a bar and an actual restaurant. We grabbed a coffee from the restaurant for $2.00. Not good coffee but not the worst. The prize counter is huge but just like any place, you're prob leaving with a couple twizzlers and tootsie rolls. Everything costs a lot of points. If you make a habit of visiting Scene 75 you should save your cards with points and get a decent prize. Honestly, my kids were happy to walk away with a couple pieces of candy.
