These facilities are sanitary and clean, my wife and I went to sign up at a different company and I did not like how it made me feel when I walked in. The staff are professional, courteous, respectful, and friendly. The first time you come in make sure you have time for at most 4 hours as there is a bunch of things to read over, sign, test, and physical exams, the rest of the time it usually takes less than an hour but that is dependent upon how many people are there. The staff are always working and are on top of things so problems are dealt with fast usually to a good outcome.
