The 2 women that came over were very kind and seemingly efficient; they worked and cleaned my kitchen and bathroom while I too was working from home. They left while I was still working, so I didn't go through it with it through a fine toothed comb, only a cursory glance, and I sorely regret it. The kitchen was swept and mopped, yet the floors were still grainy and not smooth to walk on. The inside of the cabinets looked like the grime had been pushed around, but ultimately not cleaned out. Some of the counter was wiped, but there were still sticky areas that were not tended to. The light switch was not wiped. the dishes were not cleaned or even dried. I know some services don't do dishes, which is fine, but this is something I specifically asked for, and something I paid an extra $50 for. The bathroom floor around the base of the toilet was not cleaned, swept, or mopped. Faucets were not cleaned. The toilet was cleaned. The tub was definitely wiped and rinsed, not washed and cleaned. The mirror was still spotty and there were clearly areas of the mirror that were not touched. Counter was cleaned. Overall, It was a waste of money. There also seems to be no professionalism to speak of, because when I voiced these concerns to them, I was ignored. In my mind, best case scenario, they could have come back to address the issues I disclosed and cleaned to satisfactory standards. Minimally, I would like to have been acknowledged or told that they will keep my concerns in mind in the future, that they will work on criticism provided, that they're sorry to lose my business or anything else. I'd even appreciate them saying they believed they did the best they could! But to ignore me altogether is rude and unprofessional. Our rapport was friendly and kind and even asked multiple times if I could buy them lunch bc I believe in being kind to those who provide a service for you! There was no disrespect or anything whatsoever from them or from myself! So I truly do not know what I possibly could have done to deserve to have such lackadaisical effort on their part when it came to cleaning my home. I don't know if they were having an off day, or what, but this was not a good experience at all and I would absolutely never recommend them to anyone. A waste of nearly $250. read more

We paid over $400 to have our house deep cleaned by future maids. We were moving out and this company came recommended. When we came to make sure the house was clean, well the above pics tell you the rest of the story. These pics are after they cleaned. After my husband and I re cleaned the house I called the owner and sent her the pics. She told me how embarrassed she was and that she would find a way to make this right. That was Jan 3rd. Britany cleaned a rental house this morning for us that we moved out of. When we moved out the floors were filthy. They were covered in dirt and dust from all our furniture being moved. Under the refrigerator where the movers pulled it out you could barely see the tile. We were so busy packing I hadn't cleaned for at least a couple months. If you want to see the way this organization does a "move out" with extra paid for the oven, here are some pictures I can share from a recent experience. After multiple texts to the owner, she continued to refuse a refund for the work but only offered to send someone else out to have these areas "re-cleaned." I needed this property cleaned well prior to it being listed for sale, and by the time I had a chance to inspect the property, there was no time left to have anyone else come out to do the cleaning that wasn't done right the first time. We spent 3 hours cleaning the house after spending over $250 to have a "professional" service do that job. With no refund policy, buyer beware! read more

I responded to an ad posted by Future Maids on Craigslist for a December, first-time customer $90 special for house cleaning. I am in my sixties, handicapped and on a fixed income so this time of year I need a little bit of extra help. And $90 is a lot of money to me! So I booked this company to come in and clean part of my house which consists of 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living room/dining room combination and just the floor of a small work room. Approximately 1400 square feet. A young lady showed up on time and was very personable and talkative. What she did clean was done nicely but after 3 hours she had only done three rooms; my bathroom, my bedroom and part of the kitchen. She mentioned that the time was up and quickly used a Swiffer on the dirty kitchen floor. My house is by no means filthy but it did need some help. She didn't have to pick up piles of clothing or toys or anything of the sort. Just clean. So without even getting to the living room/dining room the workroom floor or the second bathroom she said she would have to leave and that perhaps I could have her come back to finish up at an additional cost. Are you kidding me? After 3 hours only 2.5 rooms get cleaned? So I sent a text message to her supervisor telling her about the situation and this is the response that I got. She texted back by saying 'Since you were on our 3 hour special it only covers 3 hours worth of work. The special DOES NOT COVER THE ENTIRE HOME. But you could if most certainly added more time'. WHAT? I didn't ask them to do my entire home! Just the rooms that I mentioned above. And now I have to clean the rest of my house by myself. I REALLY feel taken and ripped off!! I've had cleaning services services before and they ALWAYS got the same area that I mentioned done well within 3 hours. What's the point in having half of your house cleaned? Needless to say, I will not have Future Maids back nor would I recommend them ever! read more

Had my 1st cleaning done and I was really impressed at how hard they worked to be done in the scheduled 3 hours. They took a short break and let me know they stopped the clock for the break. They worked hard, did a very good job, were polite, friendly and easy to work with on communicating what I wanted.
