It's very popular among the kids in the area, especially by those with scooters. There are skate areas/equipment for all skill levels (small half pipes, flat banks, flat rails, concrete bowls, etc.), ample bright lighting, and seating (picnic tables). The last Friday of every month, the park hosts a, "Late Nite-Skate Nite"; this past Friday, for example, the event was with a DJ and food (hamburgers, hot dogs, and chips) as well as beverages (water and soda) with paid admission of $10. There were also competitions (e.g. best tricks) for which the park had prizes for. Thank you Boys & Girls Clubs for such an awesome program in the community!

They get their playground fix and I get my fresh air and the park is just down the street from where I live. I also get to see beautiful sun setting skies. Equipments are safe, both at the older age kids area and toddler. Roomy, clean and "cushioned" ground. Safe. Side note: if you're not paying attention to your child, he/she can get "hit" by the zip line that's moving through. I had witnessed a 4yr old hit by one. He wasn't paying attention as he ran across...nor were his parents. I don't like the older kids (teenagers) and adults utilizing the playground equipment (aka hoggers) and play space. I see adults sitting on equipment hangout out while "watching" their child(ren) and I've seen others using the equipment (ie swings, zip line, see-saw, twirling chairs, etc). It ridiculous and there are metal signs posted indicating 12 years and older on playground equipment are not allowed. There are cemented seats that surround the play area and there are benches too. Not sure why adults are using the equipment as seats. Bring your own folding chair if you need to sit down. The entire park still needs work done. The grass area that's used by AYSO soccer teams, the parking lot being too small and this is just to name a few obvious items. I guess it's work in progress. Recommend playground

Another great reason why I love this community is that all the people in the office are great! They care for the community and they're always looking out for the kiddos. I've seen them give lunches and snacks to kids (free) so in case anyone needs something to eat, please stop by their office bc they do care and they offer a free nutritious snack or lunch. Very sweet staff, I will always recommend!

Parking isn't bad and across the street there is plenty of eateries if you want to have a picnic and not pack. The bathrooms were surprisingly pretty clean and had hand soap! There's a little pond too that has a water feature so pretty nice to relax and enjoy a nice afternoon or evening

Nevertheless, this spot can be fun for what it is. Thankfully, each object is relatively small so it's fitting to the size of the concrete slab that it's on. My two major complaints are that there is little to no runway for the ledges/rail/stairs so you literally have to set your board at the edge of the concrete, get a running start from the grass and hope for the best. The other is that there is no bank on the opposite side of the park so once you complete your trick, you have to jump off your board and walk back. It's worth checking out if you have some time to kill, but don't go out of your way for it.

With its huge open space, lots of grass area (real grass), large playground, skate park, sky view on trail walks, picnic areas with benches, and clean bathrooms ... a great package for all your park, celebratory and sports needs. First opened up in 2018, Cesar Solis is the newest and nicest looking park in South Bay area. Downside: no convenience stores nearby

I love that it's close to home and I can take my son there to kick the soccer ball around. It's also got a walking path. I haven't calculated the distance of it, but I'm sure after a few loops, you'll get your steps in!
