We just had all of the carpeting in our house cleaned by Jay and Isaac (hopefully I'm spelling that right!) and it was a fantastic experience. Jay called the day of to let me know when he'd be able to stop by and arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He and Isaac then cleaned the whole house quickly and professionally, inviting my wife and I to look at the rooms as he was cleaning them to (a) explain the process and (b) ensure that we were satisfied with the results. He also answered all of our questions regarding flooring/carpets, which was incredibly helpful! Based on his pricing (which felt very reasonable) and his professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay and his team to anyone needing their carpets cleaned! They are miracle workers! One of our dogs got very sick on our carpet and they fit me in last minute and were in and out so quick, I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently they worked. Very impressed! Dog ended up getting sick (vomit and feces) all throughout the house. Needless to say, I was in need of immediate cleaning service. I ended up calling about 8 different companies who advertised an "emergency cleaning service" who actually weren't able to come out until days later. Super frustrating! Jay ended up giving me a call back and right away let me know he could come out to the house within 30 minutes! Jay and Isaac were great! Very communicative, and respected my time constraints as I had an appt. Very professional and they did a thorough job - the carpets looked great. They were able to book a day after I called which was fantastic as we are renting the apartment out they cleaned in a couple weeks.They were even nice to my dogs who were very curious. :) They both were very polite and had a good attitude and even joked with me a bit. Mr Jay and Isaac are professional, do a thorough job, and are great at wearing their masks and keeping their distance. They have cleaned my carpets probably every 3-4 months for 2 1/2 years. They have also cleaned the slate floors in my house w some big scrubber machine- i had no idea when i bought the home, that the slate was so light and pretty w natural blues and greens. I have also had them use the same scrubber to clean the tile at my office. Mr Jay's rates are affordable- he keeps his rates low bc he hopes to get return business. It has worked for me! Jay is the absolute, absolute best! He is my dog-emergency carpet, furniture, drapes, and rug go-to. He is communicative and does his job thoroughly and doesn't leave your home until you're satisfied and smiling. The first time I called him was for an enormous chocolate stool emergency that was caused by our puppy who had escaped her crate and created a mess everywhere. I opened the door for him and his crew, showed him every inch that needed spot cleaning and left the house to rush our dog to the vets. I got back and he was finished and he departed. I ended up finding more spots on a different level in the house and called him. His crew turned right back around and came back to my rescue for a second time in the same afternoon. Imperial Carpet Cleaning was prompt, however we did experience an issue with customer service. We moved all small items out of the spaces being cleaned and vacumed. Jay arrived and aggressively informed us that he NEVER moves things like chairs or sofa's. To be clear we weren't asking for a china cabit, large shelfing unit or entertainment unit to be moved ~ of course that isn't going to happen. He even said no carpet company moves anything. Well, Sears, Stanley Steamer and two other vendors all move that type of furniture ~ I called them after the fact. They also charge a maximum of $ 30.00 per room. Jay went on and on and on about his back and how he never moves anything or an injury could cost him $8,000.00 a week. He did offer to leave and not clean the carpets but we had him do the job because there was no time to find another company. Jay was argumentative and wouldn't let the issue drop though we moved couches, and chairs so they could be worked around. He actually said chop chop we are in a hurry and need to move quickly. Best part, $ 169.00 for two rooms, a flight of stairs and hallway which is more expensive than most. When calling in my credit card for payment he was outside and loud while giving our personal information to his bank. The upside, the carpets are nice and clean and the job was done. Jay's helper was nice and friendly which made the experience tollerable. Will we be tempted to use Imperial Carpet Cleaning again and get our carpets cleaned more often because of stellar, reasonably priced service? Nope. read more

Lots of other options in Denver; I recommend going elsewhere. I have found this company unyielding, uncommunicative, and indifferent. I suspect they do a fine job when they get around to doing the job; it is just incredibly difficult to book appointments and have them keep them and honor your time. read more

I agree he does have an attitude problem. On the phone he said he would move furniture but when he came out he was very reluctant to move it but moved it anyway and then refused to moved it back. He also constantly yelled at this elderly employee. read more
