Initially I selected Rino Carpet Cleaning because they had a fast response rate, and Aliread the specs I took time to document for the job. We scheduled an appt for the cleaning. I was pleased to see automated text messages confirmed the job and described what to expect. Rino does a great job of blending multiple communication modes seamlessly (Yelp, person's cell, automated text number). This is a rare skill that should not be underestimated. Unfortunate there was an emergency and I had to cancel the job in the middle of the night before the service (see my review on drywall lol). Then the emergency was taken care of sooner than expected, so I contacted Rino again. We rescheduled service for the following day. An arrival window was provided; they arrived promptly. Ali did a walkthrough and we showed him a couple of stains. They began the service. There was a team of two, Ali and Ivan. Ali performed the stain treatment (stains came out!) and Ivan the all-over carpet cleaning. Both were friendly and professional. I will certainly hire them again. read more

First off the carpet cleaning was excellent. The tech was on time and was really thorough so the 3 stars is not a reflection of his work. The 3 stars is because I was given an all in price of $375 here on Yelp but when the tech arrived he told me it was going to be $435. I told him the price I was given was $375 so he gave a discount that knocked the price down to $391. I didn't want to go back and forth on the last $16 and I shouldn't have had to. Ali was fast and prompt responding. His tech was a cool guy and was a good worker. Service is good and prompt. But that's not why the 2 stars. As you can see in the pics, the carpet is very spotty, streaky, after the clean some areas better and somehow some worse. The tech wasn't happy with the clean when he finished and offered to come back if I desired. I'm not looking for anything just showing the before and after pics. I had hope for a better result then what we got is all. The pics are the next day to ensure the carpet was dry. read more

I can't recommend Rino Carpet Cleaning enough. They were fast and clear with all communications and were able to make an appointment with me quickly. Also, their bid was quite reasonable. They arrived early and were thorough, cleaning my pet urine spots in my carpets, as well as several surrounding older pet spots. I hired this company to clean stained stair runners based on good yelp reviews. My bug sprayers apparantly spilled some of their product on the last 5 stairs, and it ran down the risers in straight lines. The Rino technician came out, sprayed but the stains remained. (while trying to tell me what I was seeing was "shadows" when I inspected before he left) I reached out to the owner the next day and sent before and after pictures at his request. He *informed* me that it was "not a stain, but discoloration occurred over time". As if I was lying when I said my runner was in perfect condition before the bug sprayers came, and stained the next. (and by the way, the pest control company is buying me a new runner, so they don't disagree). We proceeded to text back and forth and he claimed it was "daily wear and tear" (three year old runner) or "sun discoloration" (does not get any sun whatsoever) He continued to insist that it was discoloration rather than stain because in his huge seven years of experience he had never seen such a exact thing. I've since had another carpet cleaning company try and they can't get it out either. I would have been fine with him telling me "some stains can't come out, we tried" rather than gaslighting me that I somehow didn't know EXACTLY what happened to my carpet. And being a bit of a jerk about it. I had no problem with the $150 minimum trip charge, that was expected and totally reasonable, but he also insinuated that I was unhappy with that, whereas I never mentioned money once. I was frankly shocked that a business owner would gaslight a customer in this way. read more
