Paid $250 for 2 small bedrooms, landing, and stairs and the carpet wasn't even cleaned properly. Stains were still left in carpet and I physically had to get on my hands and knees to clean with a rag and hot soapy water, which the stains came out. Keith and his son did a tremendous job on the carpet, stairs, and two love seats in my son's and roommate's Boulder apartment. The carpet was that horrendous shag that could date from when the building was constructed in the seventies! It now looks, smells and feels clean. The love seats were given to the guys second hand and had never been cleaned in who knows how long - horrible, body oil all over. I did not know they could be "Transformed"! I just had our carpets cleaned by Keith. The carpet looks new again! The cleaning was long overdue and I was a little worried that a few stains would be permanent, but Keith and his son made them disappear like it was nothing. He fit me into the schedule last minute, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. We want to replace the carpet in a year or two and he took time to write down some recommendations and things to keep in mind while comparing fibers. Keith came out to our house to take a look at our carpet and assess whether it would be worth to clean and stretch our 16 year old carpet or replace it. He took the time to walk through our entire home and inspect the integrity of the carpet and finally concluded that replacement would be our best option. He advised us on which carpet would be best for our type of use, what to look for when installing new carpet and was very knowledgeable.
