We live in a tri-level with light colored carpet. The stairs and upper hallway were dirty. Our previous carpet cleaning company had told us that there was no way to get them clean, because the problem was wear. He said the only option was to replace them. The best carpet cleaning I've ever had. I moved into a townhome I purchased a year ago and there were stains possibly from cats or who knows what but Chris made the whole place look nearly spotless. There were stains on my main staircase that were what everyone first noticed right after I moved in, and though the sellers couldn't get them out, their realtor even apologizing for them as so noticeable) Chris got to work and the stairway is flawless except for some paint the previous owners spilled in a few drops. I've had him back two times (every six months) as the kids and dogs give the carpets plenty to absorb. It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment with Chris -- I called him and we set a date. He also quotes you over you phone so that you know sort of pay range to expect. Nonetheless, Chris showed up on time and got the job done. There weren't a lot of pictures of work that he's done on couches and considering that ours were so dirty, I wasn't sure if they'd get clean. Chris got our couches looking like we've only had them for a few weeks and we've had them for years! This was my first satisfactory carpet cleaning experience in twenty-five years of having this done. Chris was right on time, then walked through my house and did a thorough inspection. His phone estimate (based only on my description) and post-inspection estimate were nearly the same.
