Over time, however, problems became hard to ignore. I repeatedly had to insist that stains be noted during intake--even obvious ones I pointed out--and, as another recent reviewer mentioned, basic stains were often not removed. The final straw came with my last order, which was missing three shirts when I picked it up. When I raised the issue, the manager (Cesar) shrugged and suggested I check an abandoned clothing rack myself. These were bespoke shirts from Geneva Shirts in Manhattan, costing $350 each. I simply can't afford to entrust expensive, custom clothing to a cleaner that handles items this casually. If you invest in expensive clothes be warned about this cleaner. I wonder how many positive reviews they will need to buy to bury this one.

The business and bathrooms were clean both times I went, staff was nice, and they seem to always be semi-busy. My favorite part is that they actually take coins!!! I went to another "coin" laundromat and they only took cards and after trying a few machines, I couldn't get them to read it. Luckily this place was available and reliable.

They recently renovated this spot because I had frequented the 24 hour one a few blocks away. After seeing how modern the renovation was, I decided to stop in with all my loads to do my wash. I came later at night so I'd be able to grab a spot up front but then realized they have rear parking as well. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. They work on a card system so you basically buy a loadable card the first time and then use the screens to insert funds w your card. No need for a batch of quarters which honestly is a huge convenience (as long as you don't lose your card). There's plenty of machines in both large and small to wash and dry your laundry so I wasn't crammed next to a bunch of people. I will say it's definitely one of the nicest laundromats around because everything is new and clean. Plus, they have a little coffee counter to amplify the experience. The prices are exactly what I thought they'd be which is great. The machines work very efficiently and I was in and out rather quickly with all my stuff folded. It's nice to have a clean and reliable place to get my stuff washed in my neighborhood so I give it two thumbs up!
