However, by October the epoxi coat started to peel off (they did a bad job griding off the preexisting material). Michael the owner was here in November and promised to fix it as soon as possible. Since nothing happened and they did not even email me, I posted a bad review here on Feb 2026. He called the next day asking me to please take it down and promised, again, to fix the problem. After an exchange of emails, he finally set the job for last Wednesday (April 29). They did not show up and never contacted me. The coating continues peeling off and, at this point, I am very skeptical they will ever come back to correct their failures.

Here is the reasons:…read more 1) I had to scub inside the toilet bowl for quite a while to get rid of the staining caused by the waste-water the workers dumped into it. 2) I am Still trying to remove the overspray stains caused by the workers when working on the floor of the kitchen. They managed to get the stainless steel door on my SubZero refrigerator and the stains won't come out! 3) It took most of the weekend, but the overspray on the walls, bathtub, etc took a lot of scrubbing but I finally got the stains out. If I had it to do all over, I would have chosen a different company. P.S. I was quoted $2,000 but the quote did not include the laundry room floor and some minor recaulking. That increased the price by $175.
