He is personable and professional and remembered facts about me from 2 years ago. Who does that? No contracts. Just a flat fee a month and I did not even have to purchase equipment. I am a mechanical engineer and what they have written down is not physically possible. Pictures are totally illegible because they have been photocopied again and again. Steel quality is very poor as parts bend easily. Waiting two weeks now still no refund.
