He is personable and professional and remembered facts about me from 2 years ago. Who does that? No contracts. Just a flat fee a month and I did not even have to purchase equipment. I was reminded of the care he took in installing so as not to cause permanent damage to the property. He was so quick. I am a mechanical engineer and what they have written down is not physically possible. Pictures are totally illegible because they have been photocopied again and again. Steel quality is very poor as parts bend easily. Waiting two weeks now still no refund.
