I had the best customer service at USA Smoke Shop! I had a bad coil for my vape and they really helped me out and got it going! Super nice and helpful and knowledgeable! Also I have a bad knee and I was able to wait for my ride in the store out of the cold. read more

Nice selection of tobacco and smoking products and kratom. I am a regular here, used to be the best! But now there's a lady that gives all the customers sideways looks when they walk in.. making me feel unwelcome. And she's not even an employee, she's someone's friend who works here. She's here every day though so now I try to avoid coming in during the day so I don't have to see her. Visit after 3pm-Nick is very read more

When I showed him my phone (the time said 745pm) he got extremely aggressive with me...shut the door and opened it again to intimidate me. It was disrespectful and odd. I told him I only needed a couple of items and he shut the door on me while yelling at me. Stay away from this place............

I have bought a lot of plants here and have got even more advice from the incredibly helpful staff. They answer all my incredibly dumb, repetitive questions. They help me find the specific type of whatever plant I am looking for.
