Jared met with me and walked me through how my home was built and functioning today and what work was needed to have a quality finished basement. He also worked with the city to run a dye test to determine if our sewer was combined or separated and then turned around a quote in a reasonable time. Jared also invited me to look at work they were doing for a home down the street and walked me through what they were doing, why, and how it would be for my home. They also worked with the Home Heritage Program to help me get a low interest loan, which is more work for them, but they understood the process thoroughly and helped walk me through it. For the project work itself, the crew was timely and knocked out the work in November despite the cold and some rain. It was very impressive to watch the crew work as they moved quick but did it with quality and they were respectful to my home. Jared also is in the trenches himself doing the work and he also worked with me to understand what they were doing and checked with me on scope and questions as they progressed. I'm very happy with the end results for both the waterproofing and concrete. This business is also family owned and operated and is actively involved in the Lakewood community.
