The fact he actually listened, worked it out in his head and gave me a genuine solution and feedback is unheard of these days. Usually you'd get the "I don't know you'll have to bring it in, we're busy". But John literally solved my problem over the phone with his knowledge of the situation and willingness to help. (Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)

To make a long story short, someone else came over looking to also purchase a Bluetooth speaker and the guy literally just walked away and left me standing there, I walked away and the people he abandoned me for I did not make a purchase. Store is unorganized 2. Floor staff don't speak English. At all. Asked for help looking for something and he just stared at me and basically told me to go look around. 3. Customer service is curt and un-engaging like they're being forced to service you. 5. Item stock is abysmal. I was told by staff that this location had far less to offer than others. I came into the store asking if they had one that I could purchase. I made it very clear that I had a regular DS. I was sold one for a little over 10.00. I made the purchase but when I tried to plug it in, it wasn't compatible for my device. I went online and searched for their return policy and i read that an item could be returned after 15 days. I brought the receipt in and was told they couldn't give me a refund because the box was open. I was given a phone number to call for corporate and an email address. I emailed corporate twice but they never got back to me. I called the phone number twice and finally got ahold of someone they told me that as long as they couldn't replace the item with anything that I was good for a refund as long as I had the item and the receipt which I did. I went back to the location and told the employee this and they told me that they were incorrect and that there was seriously nothing that they could do. I just gave GameStop free money. I would say that I hope it goes to good use, but I seriously doubt it. I ended up giving the charger to one of the employees who said that they could really use it because I don't want any random wires just hanging out in my drawers if they don't go to anything. Overall I am saddened that I wasted my money for literally nothing and I know that I wasted my time jumping through hoops. I honestly believe communication needs to be better between employees and consumers with accurate information. I also believe that the employees at this location deserve a raise because the things they have to deal with...my god...and over video games...
