When I picked it up, they showed me the display was fixed and I was on my way. It wasn't until I had gotten home that I noticed it was a completely different monitor attached to my laptop - a massive dent on one of the corners that was never there, scratches all over the surface, cracks all around the monitor, worn rubber protection, sticky substance in the hinge, and it makes a clicking noise when I open/close it.
