The thing that makes Eastern Family Dental so great is that, they don't try to upsell you. I went to other dental offices that refuses to have teeth cleaning and x-rays done the same day, instead you have to take two days off work for a 2nd visit. Third, they don't over book you. I had to wait 30 minutes last time I went to a different dentist, and that's annoying. Whats the point of a reservation if you're just going to make me wait? Lastly, they accept Cigna, the last dental office said they were going to remove Cigna which caused me to look for a new dentist. Dr. Anthony Pan has to be one of the most accommodating dentist out there. There's some parking, and 1 hour street parking. They also have two offices.

Dr Goei is obviously getting pretty ambitious & could care less about how her greed falls on potential patients. Would be interesting in knowing how much her treatment prices have increased too. Edna has never apologized for the inconvenience (even in the past), knowing that it's usually very difficult to reschedule. Appointments can be weeks to months out (there is only one hygienist left).
