we had an appointment but they didn't think we did they rushed on us because a party of six was coming in. I asked for gel nails, I got gel polish she pretty much kicked me out of her seat for someone else and as for my feet didnt even scrap off the dead skin their dry as hell and look like crap. I called and all they said was come back in 2 weeks, no it should have been a top priority to correct what was done wrong oh yeah, they realized after we did have an appointment. Whoever took the appointment wrote it on the wrong day. I paid $88. I have been in touch with my bank. I will be refunded for this and I will never go back there, or recommend anybody to go there read more

Great job on a fill and a pedicure. Nice extras on the pedi like hot stone massage and scented salts in water. The manicurist took her time and did a really nice job. She was careful not to file too close and catch the skin. I will definitely go back. read more

I went there to get acrylics done for the holidays. They basically made me wait 20 minutes before even starting to do my nails, mind you, it was 2pm and there was only one other customer. She basically wouldn't let me do acrylic and kept telling me it would be bad for my nails, which obviously I know. I didn't ask for whatever she gave me, but complied. She took FOREVER to do my nails and kept getting up and talking to the other customer. The nails were uneven. One thumb was substantially shorter than the other nails. They also kept trying to pressure me into using a different nail polish that would cost extra. She said it should last about 2-4weeks, which is a lie. One of the nails broke after 2 DAYS! And then I banged another nail on something and it just popped off. I have NEVER had nails done at a salon just fall off, especially after only a few days. After losing the majority of my nails, I would just lightly grab one, pull, and it would pop off like it was nothing. 40+ DOLLARS and it lasted a week and a half. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place. Bad service. Bad pricing.Bad job. read more

Just had the absolute WORST nail experience I have ever had here today! Called to make an appointment for 5:30pm to have a shellac manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows waxed and was asked to come at 5pm to make sure they had time before they closed at 7pm. I get there at 4:55pm for my appointment and am told to pick a nail color for my fingers and toes. All the regular polish and gel polish bottles were filthy and covered in excess polish. When I was finally shown the color palates for my shellac manicure, I was handed a basket with white goop all over it, which then got all over my fingers... DISGUSTING! Then I was shown to a chair to wait for my pedicure. The bath was luke-warm at best and the arms of the massage chair were covered in some bubbly liquid. There were rings from different beverages everywhere. The chair had very obviously not been wiped down, GROSS. I then sat for 30+ minutes with my feet bubbling in water that was warm for the first 5 minutes and then cold for the remainder of my time there and watched two other women get pedicures. It was now 5:45pm and my pedicure, manicure, or waxing had not even been started. The whole place was a mess and looked like instead of cleaning up after themselves the manicurists were just moving from station to station and leaving the place covered in old towels and nail dust. The worst thing was I saw the pedicurist use the same tools (which had been dipped in sanitizer for maybe a minute) on the first and second pedicures I watched. Needless to say I was DONE and chose to walk out. No way was I letting those women near my feet and nails with dirty tools. If you are looking to get your nails done, look elsewhere. This place is TERRIBLE! read more

I asked them not to use the tool on my nail. They said they wouldn't but then did anyway. My nails are soft and I'm just starting to get them to harden. I like the shellac because you need to soak them instead of using the tool. They were also as little rough with either that tool or the cuticle clippers because I got a hangnail the next day. I dont normally go here and I have no plans of returning. read more
