Today I went and got my nails done too for the first time. I want to point out that the lady that did them wasn't the same lady that did my toes. my toes are great and don't hurt, she was gentle and cautious about not hurting me. my nails on the other hand... they are so tender I couldn't even peel a sticker off of a piece of fruit. I did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. Major pros: they have garage parking in the back which will be very useful for winter. Cons: short staffing/ lack of available people. Came here on a Friday morning around 10:30 as a walk in and there was no wait. It became much…read morebusier and most people had appointments. They knew many of the customers by name, so I took that as a good sign that they have regular customers. There were about 7 staff working. Large selection of nail polishes. I got a regular pedicure which included a lower leg exfoliation and massage. They have massaging chairs as well. The older woman doing my pedicure was polite and did a base coat and top coat for the regular polish. It took about 30 minutes, and she did a good job. It cost $40 plus $5 to remove my old nail polish. Located in a small shopping plaza with a small parking area on busy Williston Road, so it's a bit hard to turn in and get out of the lot.

When I made the appointment I was asked- "what's on your nails now?"- which would have been the perfect opportunity to explain their very unusual approach to pricing. They charge $15 to remove existing polish, and $42 for new gel polish. I requested a manicure but really all I got was removal of my existing gel polish, and reapplication of new gel polish. No cuticle work at all.
