I read so many Yelp reviews of different spas before I decided to come here and I'm so glad I did…read more I called about getting two pedis (one for me and one for my s.o.) and as this is the season for them, they naturally couldn't get us in same evening, but they could the next evening and had a great suggestion: I'd go first and as my nails were drying, he'd go. It ends up the time wouldn't work for him, so I made an appointment for lunch time today. Please note that the sign is a little hard to see, so look for the florist/baseball card place and it's in same building. There's ample parking in the back as well as some street parking in front. I was greeted immediately when I walked in. The ladies were so nice and Christine ended up being my pedicurist. I chose the vegan deluxe spa pedicure, jasmine scented. For $37, I got a good 30+ minutes of wonderful hands on relaxation. Mind you, I haven't had a pedi in almost a year (yeah, I know-nothing like the hack job we do cutting our own toenails) and so my feet had been through ski season and now during hiking season. So they were in dire need of some TLC. The jasmine scent was really fragrant and nice. It comes with the expected toe nail cutting and shaping, sugar scrub, foot and heel exfoliation, then a calf and foot massage, then a hot stone massage, then deluxe moisturizing and of course, pretty colored toes! I always try to heel walk carefully to the drying area, but the foam tow separators always move on me (I need a tiny pair) and so she had to fix two toes that got a little smudged. By the time I left 45 minutes later, I was so relaxed my feet felt like they were floating on air. I try to get a pedi at least a couple times a season, so now I know where to go every time.

Repeated visits. Excellent pedicures and manicures. Prompt service with our reservation and very…read morenice staff

This salon is closest to me or I would have not invested in them as much as I have. For the love of…read moreyour money and mental space go elsewhere. I went back after a year hoping they had improved and they certainly did not. 95% of the sets I have gotten done at posh were messed up in some way. Don't count on the salon manager to manage any client concern properly or well. Expect yelling and lack of accountability or level headed conversation. This salon will never build good report yelling at clients, being aggressive and negative, and not doing nail services as requested, then calling speaking up complaining. They will not fix nails if there's an issue after service is done. And will make a big issue if they have to do something they don't want to during the service. They will give you anxiety attacks if you are prone to them due to poor communication and not being able to take accountability to do what they need. I have never been yelled at in any place as much as I have here. Especially while I'm calm. Kim is a professional mellow harsher. I am a cosmetologist and have worked in nail salons myself. I would never act like this towards clients or humans for that matter.

While I'm not new to getting pedicures, moving to a new area meant finding a new place that aligned…read morewith my self-care routine and standards. After doing some research, I came across Perfect Nails & Co., and what immediately stood out was their strong emphasis on sanitation and the quality of ingredients they use, especially their organic pedicure options. Once I made the appointment, my wife and I went in together. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and asked to wash our hands before any service. I genuinely loved this policy, every client is required to wash their hands upon entering, which immediately set the tone for how seriously they take cleanliness and safety. After that, my wife selected her nail color, and we were seated. We were given the pedicure menu and both chose the Diamond Organic Pedicure (40 minutes, $60) an organic-based pedicure system formulated to rejuvenate and revitalize the skin. The service itself was excellent. The products felt high quality, the process was relaxing, and nothing felt rushed. You can tell they're intentional about both technique and care. My service provider was Yin, and she was fantastic--attentive, professional, and very thorough. My wife was serviced by Sydney, who was equally wonderful and made sure she was comfortable and satisfied throughout the experience. The overall vibe of the salon was calm, welcoming, and clean - perfect for unwinding. Another detail I appreciated: for clients receiving manicures, they are asked to wash their hands again after the service, which really reinforces their commitment to hygiene. Overall, the service quality, sanitation practices, and relaxed atmosphere exceeded expectations. If you're looking for a nail salon in Vermont that prioritizes cleanliness, organic options, and great customer service, Perfect Nails & Co. is absolutely worth checking out. We'll definitely be back.

I've been having my nails done here for nearly two years. I recently got married and had my nails…read more(a fill and shimmer color) and a pedicure (French style) done. My nails usually cost me between $55-$70 depending on design and color (ombré or cat's eye, etc) and a pedicure usually costs me between $55 - $75. I was charged $249 for my services!! I had a $140 gift certificate and after that was used, the balance was $109. The cost did include tips for both technicians who did my nails and toes. I was absolutely flabbergasted and didn't have the time and/or energy to go back to question why I paid nearly double the typical price. The only reason I can come up with is that they raise the price for bridal parties. My Mom, Mother in Law, and best friend all had services done and they paid separately. Although I've always loved the service I've received at Perfect Nails, I've decided I won't be going back. Up charging someone for services because it's a wedding party is just bad business. This is a real bummer.
