Great service by Ann! She takes her time and cares about the customers. She smooths out the rough areas and makes sure you like the color before proceeding to do your whole foot.

Can totally tell one is painted and others are white acrylic

I would give zero stars. I called and asked prior to making my appointment if they did acrylic. Yes. I needed 2 nails fixed that I broke. I travel so I needed them fixed. The tech was on her phone the whole time. I asked if she could do white acrylic for my French tips. She says yes. I noticed the jar said gel and she did my nails in gel even tho I specified acrylic. This "salon" lies telling you what you want to hear to make appointment. I specifically asked her to build up my edge and she said she couldn't, my normal tech could, why not this place if this is all they do? Poor customer service being on her phone and they do not listen to their custon

Bee is the best! She always does a great job on my nails and I appreciate she takes care of my cuticles.

    Pink and white with shimmer

I've never had my nails look as good or last as long! Also best massage. These ladies have it all going on. I'll drive an hour from my house just to see them. Thanks for the great experience

absolutely love Impress Nails! Bee, Ann, and Steph ALWAYS do great work. Recommend to all

Almost 3 hours for a regular pedi and gel mani. My mom was cut and bleeding on more than one nail (fill). The nail technician did not even wipe off the blood before placing the new nail on... 3 hours does not including waiting. Skip this place to avoid infections.

So we have gone to this place a few times for full set with French tip. Was charged $70 ish,…read morenormal. This time for the exact same thing they charged $105???? The price for a full set and polish is $55 or $65. How has it doubled in price? Another thing, she did French tips but had one nail on each hand a solid color. The tech said she didn't want to polish that one nail on each hand, really?!? So they put a white color acrylic nail on. I'm planning on going in there and talk to Them face to face with receipt of our past visits and pics of the nails and ask them to explain. Ugh

On Wednesday evening, prior to an early Sunday departure for a vacation, I visited Natural Nails in Andover seeking a manicure and pedicure. Initially, I encountered an inconvenience when the online reservation system assigned me to an employee who was either on vacation or unavailable upon my arrival. I chose to overlook this. As I settled into my chair for the pedicure, I decided to indulge in a more luxurious treatment--something I rarely do. Just as I was becoming comfortable, another technician approached to commence my manicure simultaneously. This caused a disruption, as I was unable to utilize the chair's features and had to awkwardly hold both arms to the left to accommodate her work. The experience was chaotic and distressing. The use of the dremel tool was particularly painful while grinding the cuticles, rendering the session quite miserable. Later that evening, I completed a survey provided by the owner, Nini, who apologized and offered a discount for a future appointment. By Saturday evening, one of the builder gel nails had already detached, despite being told they would last three to four weeks. I sent a photograph to Nini, who again merely apologized and extended a discount on my next service. Due to time constraints with my flight, I was unable to return for a repair and resorted to painting over that nail myself. By Sunday, another nail had fallen off, and I inquired about a refund. The response was, "No refund, it's the policy." On Tuesday, a third nail detached, clearly indicating that something was amiss in the application process. Nini's policy states that they will only repair issues within five days, with no refunds offered. I can confidently say I will never again patronize this establishment. I know of another individual who visited Natural Nails and was charged $90 for a builder gel set, with prices varying each visit--sometimes increasing with discounts. My initial set cost $65. She, too, has ceased visiting this salon. Having worked diligently for my earnings, I refuse to support businesses that do not operate with honesty and integrity.
