by far the worst salon i've ever worked at. they took down my good review speaking on how they're…read moreextremely unsanitary, the employee treatment is awful, they don't care about clients' natural nails getting damaged and much more. they do not clean and disinfect things properly and the barbicide disinfectant is NEVER the proper color. the managers overfile the life of our clients' nails which explains why they don't care about compromising people's nails. they also work over greenies which is nail mold caused by trapped moisture after a nail starts lifting and is contagious through implements. the owner doesn't ever get back to her employees, doesn't give us access to our paystubs until we threaten action or something serious happens. this all is the tip of the iceberg. they preach healthy nails and constantly talk about how clean they are because of the autoclave allowing them to sterilize implements, but the autoclave has apparently been broken since october-november of 2025. this is false advertisement for both clients and nail techs incoming. don't support a business that treats employees horribly and damage clients' nails

The tech barely greeted me, didn't ask any clarifying questions, and seemed more focused on rushing through the appointment than actually doing a good job. The shape and length were nothing like what I asked for, the design didn't match my reference photo at all, and she didn't even touch my cuticles. It felt incomplete. On top of that, she drilled so aggressively she hit my skin, and now my finger is in actual pain. She left gel polish on my skin too -- just really sloppy work. I paid for a service that should've made me feel good, and instead I left uncomfortable and disappointed. I had hoped for a relaxing break - especially since I paid extra for the Deluxe Pedicure - but it was anything but deluxe. Ruby, my nail technician, rushed through the entire service. There was no time to soak in warm water, no attention to detail, and little regard for making it an enjoyable experience. I only know her name because she introduced herself to another client. She chatted with the technician next to her the entire time and only spoke to me when trying to upsell. When I mentioned I didn't want my nails done or polished (extra), she literally snapped at me. Halfway through the service, her manager asked her to help another client. Without a word of explanation or even a "thank you," she got up and left, and another technician, Hanh, took over. No one acknowledged the switch or offered any kind of apology or explanation. With so many nail salons in the area providing friendlier service and a more professional atmosphere, I'll be choosing the competition from now on. TB Nails just isn't worth it.
