I would go under the dryer and the stylist would wash, blow, and style these customers while I had to wait for them to be finished before me. This was completely unfair. I used to make an appointment and since this kept going on with my appointment, I stopped making an appointment. Last Friday, I had enough of it because I had to return to work. The owner, Deya, was like they had an appointment and I was a walk in, I told her that's a lie because you were doing this to me even when I had an appointment. Appointments can be made within the same half hour so it's really still like a walk in. She then lied to everyone in the salon that 2-3 years ago I didn't pay. How unprofessional and lies! She wasn't in the salon when that happened, I already PAID, they did pin curls the night before and my hair came out horribly so I went back to just be blown out. I was LIVID. She never apologized then and she didn't apologize now. I'm a kind person and don't usually fuss about much but I used to go there weekly or biweekly, NOT ANYMORE!!! I would rather spend my money at places where I'm valued and respected. Deya owes me an apology and should tell the people who came after, to leave the chair like other salons when I'm out of the dryer, then take them when I'm finished!!
