I came in today to print out some documents with my husband and the service was not it. We've been before and had no difficulty using the machines. The place is clean and pretty affordable. The service was ok the first time we came in but today was noticeably off. We didn't realize my husband's laptop was dead so we asked the manager, I'm assuming it was her based on other reviews, if there was an outlet we could use real quick. She bluntly said "no". We were like okaaaay. We peeked around to see if we could find anything because we really didn't feel like driving all the way back home to charge it since we were there already. She watched us the entire time. We were so desperate we went to a boba drink shop in the complex to charge. When we came back she was still staring at us. We printed our files and then asked another employee for some help regarding larger scale printing services. As we walk down to the counter the manager and another employee are straight up staring at us while being with customers themselves. We just felt really uncomfortable. read more

Great place to get copies, posters made and lamination. I use FedEx Office Print a lot. They use to give teacher discounts when it was part of Kinkos. The female manager was rude and unprofessional during my visit. My brother and I came to pick up a package that was addressed to my aunt's house because he is currently staying there during his vacation. The package was in my brother's name, and he only had his passport as identification. The staff asked us to provide an official document showing the address. I showed my old driver's license on my phone because I used to live at that address, but they said they needed a physical document instead. When the staff asked the manager for assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I tried to ask a question to better understand what documentation would be accepted, but she interrupted me mid-sentence and began talking to the staff instead of addressing my question. Eventually, we were told that the document only needed to show the delivery address and did not have to be in my brother's name, so I called my aunt to bring her physical driver's license. When we returned with my aunt, the manager saw us and we made eye contact to let her know we had the required documentation. Instead of acknowledging us or helping, she continued talking with another staff member. A different employee came over to assist us but was confused about our situation because he hadn't been involved earlier. After he spoke with the manager, he came back and told us they would retrieve the package in a minute. In the end, we received the package, but the manager's communication and professionalism throughout the process were disappointing. A simple explanation of the required documentation and a willingness to answer a customer's question respectfully would have saved everyone time and made the experience much more pleasant. read more

Such a big store with a 5 star great customer service. I had an online order from Gilt that needed to be returned. They only sent me a barcode and i didn't need to pay anything. They needed scan the barcode and i needed to get proof of my returning item and give back the product. The employees were so friendly eventhough it was too close to their closing time but they have the willingness to help! The whole process tool about 3 minute. Such a fast service. Passport services! You go over to one of the computers and click passport services. Then complete your online application and pay the processing fee. They can take your photo here as well for a price. They charge $17 to take your photo with a white background for your passport. And you need original passport card/ book plus a cashiers check to mail it. FedEx will help you mail it off with the packet. And your cashiers check for payment. I had good service here and they were helpful. I requested help with passport services and they did just that. I was able to get the documents and mail everything off. Now, I wait 6 weeks for the new passport book and card. read more

Manager was so rude and disrespectful I opened my phone and a video pops up I'm about to turn the volume down and she comes to me and says I have to turn the volumen down, everything ok until here then I ask why and she says it's our policy, I kindly asked can you show it to me your policies and she says and don't want to show it you. I went into this FedEx office location to get a ream of paper cut in half. Doing it myself would've taken me way too long so I figured I would get it done here and save myself the time. As I walked in, there were a few employees working in the area I needed help in. One came over right away and asked me what I needed help with. It was very nice to see that the employees weren't too busy with their work to overlook their customers. The employee took my paper and went to the back part of the section. As he was performing this service, another employee came up to me and asked me if I had been helped. I found it great that they didn't assume I had already been helped. When the employee came back with the paper, he had it in a box ready to go. I was thinking about where I was going to put the paper so it didn't get all over the place but he saved me the headache which I much appreciated. The total came out to be a little over $6 which might seem like a lot for cutting paper in half but if you consider how much time it would take you to do it on your own, I'd say it was worth it. It came out perfect and the service I received was also pretty great. Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a bit of trash on the floor. Mostly paper shreds which I suppose is normal, but I would like to keep the work area as clean as possible at all times. Either way, this location has all the general services you might need along with things you can purchase like pens, usb drives, and they even had some snack selections. I noticed they had snickers by the counter. I was tempted to add one to my visit but I decided not to which I later regretted but I digress. Pretty good print and ship center. read more

Repeated disappointing experiences at this location. So much so, I get anxiety when it comes to shipping from here. Mel is the package police. She has refused to ship more than one package for me. One time because she claimed that she could feel the contents of the box bouncing around. Today, I had to ship a very important package, and as she inspected the box as though she worked for TSA or Homeland security, running her hand along the box's spine, she proudly determined that the box is too thin for shipment. I pointed out to her that I received the shipment, from the company I'm shipping to, in that same box, and I always receive the shipment in that exact type of box. She argued with me. I insisted she accept it, for one because I didn't have another box, nor another label, and it was urgent. Which is why it was being sent express. Luckily she checked with the assistant manager who confirmed it was okay. Upon her return to process the shipment, the harassment continued. Apparently she wanted to know exactly what was in the two boxes I was shipping. I get that you need to know if there are hazardous materials or something that requires a special label or box or handling. That's not what she asked. She asked me "what's inside the boxes?" Absolutely unacceptable. I pointed out to her how unacceptable that question was, and she backtracked trying to cover it with whether it was hazmat or not. Simply ask that question then. Tone it down, Mel, or go to the FBI and get yourself your dream job. read more

This review is for Sarbani. Sarbani is such an amazing employee and was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond in helping me today with my print order. I went in on a Sunday afternoon planning to spend a few hours at the self-print station. I had dozens of documents that I needed to print, each with specific page numbers and print specifications. My plan was to manually select each document, review which pages needed to be printed, and print out everything. These documents had sensitive information which is why I wanted to print them out myself instead of sending it online. The machines for some reason weren't printing from my usb drive. Each machine I tried gave me an error message and told me to get assistance. I went to the counter and Sarbani helped me. She reviewed my documents and the machines, and couldn't see what the issue was. Sarbani took it upon herself to personally help me, and I am so grateful for it! At the counter, we went through each of my files on my usb drive, reviewed them, and confirmed which pages needed to be printed - exactly what I would be doing by myself but now much faster with her help. We spent over an hour going through every file and she was patiently helping me out, confirming everything with me. She had incredible customer service as she helped me out and I was able to get all of my documents printed perfectly! Working customer service jobs can be extremely difficult, especially when customers come in with tech issues, but she maintained extreme professionalism and I could not be happier with the results! I only came to this location since it was open on Sunday, but I may just take the drive out to this location just because of Sarbani! Managers - give her a raise! Crunch time for a convention, and I needed posters printed TODAY! As I waited in line, I noticed an associate named Jennifer assisting an older customer who was clueless about technology. I was impressed by Jennifer's patience and kindness; JUST how you would want an older family member treated. Mike assisted me with my printing needs. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. He explained things in a way I could understand, and he had a good sense of humor. When there was a little machine glitch with my order, Mike handled it without incident. Fantastic customer service, they go above and beyond. I went today for last minute shipping of Christmas presents. Janice walked up to each person in line to get them started with whatever shipping needs they had. Mine were a little extra and she spent a good amount of time working with me to find the right size box for the large items I was sending out. Janice never rushed through and was so calm under the hustle and bustle of the last Saturday before Christmas. They say people who are good their job make it look easy and she and her team did just that. After Janice packaged up my items herself (I think she is the manager) she handed me off to a young lady at the register who also was helpful, polite, and thorough. All in all they are an attentive staff every-time I have been. The store is clean, convenient to get to, and parking is easy to find. This is my go to Fed Ex store. read more

They freak out if you plug in your laptop as if it would bankrupt the company. Does a laptop deplete the grid when plugged in, or are they just being Karen-like? Do they enjoy the power of denying electricity? Not sure what it is as I don't see that treatment at several other Fed-ex locations I use. One time I saw female Vietnamese worker harass a girl who was quietly doing her work with her laptop plugged-in. She was out of sight in the workstation area and you wouldn't even know she was there. The confrontation escalated quickly when the female manager intervened as enforcement backup. I thought they were going to skewer that young girl for her electricity crime. It was a horrible confrontation and the girl was lucky to escape unscathed. If they had a dungeon she would have been a gonner. Fed-ex Print & Ship locations are corporate and not franchise. So why a different treatment at this one? Do the staff here pay the electric bill? BTW the charge per minute for Fed-ex computer use is pretty high if you wanna go that route. Other than that they seem reasonable efficient although they are operating on a chair ration. Or is it musical chairs and I came in late after several chairs had already been removed? Back in the day, before Covid, there were chairs available. Maybe they put them away and forgot where they put them. read more

Horrible service from a person named Jon. He had a bad attitude from the moment I walked into the store. When I mentioned that I wanted to print some pictures and suggested it wouldn't take long since they were small (just a comment), he approached me and tersely stated that I couldn't tell him what to do, and that he didn't play those games. He also insisted that because he would be printing them, I would need to return later to collect them. In the end, I chose not to print them there and simply left. This FedEx Office is a disgrace to the FedEx name!!! The manager is rude and has zero care for customer service!!! I had a copy job that I put in an extremely large copy job. When I dropped it off, I was told someone would call me the next day with a quote. They did call me the next day with an extremely large quote so instead of making two copies I told them to only make one copy to save money. I authorized the service and was told it would be ready for Tuesday as requested. Nobody asked me for a credit card. My prior job same thing... nobody asked me for a credit card to get the job started. Fast forward to today I called to check on my job and I was told that my job wasn't done because they needed a credit card before they could get started. Obviously, I was extremely upset and began asking for some kind of discount. I didn't understand the litigation rate and based on what my job was felt that the litigation rate was unfair, but mainly I wanted a discount based on the fact that my job wasn't done on the day that it was promised. The clerk that I spoke to was extremely unhelpful and kept saying that the person who I was dealing with was nowhere to be found so I asked to speak to the manager...... This was my biggest mistake. She proceeded to scream at me, would not hear me out, accused me of lying, and then told me to give her a credit card or come pick up my boxes when I tried again to explain to her that I was only asking for a credit based on the fact that my job hadn't been done on time she didn't care she said that someone had been calling me when nobody had been calling me. I told her I'd show her my call log to prove to her that nobody had been calling me but again she didn't care she just told me to give her a credit card or come and get my boxes because they had been laying around all week. Obviously, her employees were lying to her, obviously she doesn't care about how much business her office gets and obviously she doesn't care about the reputation of FedEx. Needless to say, I did not give her a credit card and I'm picking up my boxes. I plan on calling the corporate office to complain about the manager. I don't know what's going on in that office but it's extremely unprofessional. The workers are lazy and rude and the manager is unprofessional, rude, and a liar. read more

We came here the other day when we needed last minute copies of some homework. This was a convenient stop on the way home! We noticed right away that the employees were not necessarily friendly, but we really liked how nice and quiet this location was. There were plenty of computers and printers here. Although the black and while copies cost us several times more than at our local library, the convenience was great. Having to ship things during COVID-19 does not spark joy for me, but it's a necessity as I have to get things out to various teammates across the country. Thankfully this FedEx location does ease my anxiety as they have a lot of safety protocols in place to make the experience less stressful. For one, there's someone at the doors to ensure that you're wearing a mask, and ask questions on why you're there to help point you in the right direction. On the floor, there's markers to enforce social distancing, and all the employees are wearing masks. They take it very seriously and will remind you to keep distance if you accidentally start shifting out of your safety bubble. This was my preferred shipping location pre-pandemic, and I'll continue to go. The staff are always super friendly in the shipping area, and always give suggestions to streamline the process, save money, or ensure that everything is packed safely during transport. read more
