In planning my wedding reception, Phil initially made a verbal agreement to provide the photo booth service. After our 1st conversation, I tried tirelessly, to contact and connect with Phil, to no avail.  He neglected to return my multiple phone calls, voicemails, texts and email. 4 days later he contacted me and presented as if no time had passed, and as if he hadn't dropped the ball. I understand and accept family comes first and emergencies happen, but I expect open communication (especially from professionals), when the unexpected happens. His professionalism was questionable. I was extremely stressed out, he provided minimal assurance that he would follow through on our agreement. This working relationship was not reciprocal and I had no confidence in his ability to hold up his end of the bargain. Saddened and disappointed. read more

Also affordable and besides us providing power for them (which was planned), they were totally independent which was great to not have to worry about anything. I was putting on a live podcast recording stage event and the photobooth was a great way to have something for the crowd to do before the theater doors open and during intermission. We had the green screen option and since I am a graphic designer and was able to provide green screen background images and logo/title graphics to Phil and have them plopped in -- they looked so professional and fun. PHIL-FOTO was the best decision we have made in choosing a photobooth for our twins 1st birthday. It was a HUGE HUGE hit. It was the highlight of the party and the guest enjoyed every minute of it. We found out about him upon recommendation from a friend and we are glad that we booked them! Phil is very accommodating and flexible from the beginning stages to the end. We talked extensively before committing and he was very patient and answered all of our questions, as well as negotiable. We were excited because this isn't your typical photobooth with a normal backdrop, but rather they use a green screen so you can have ANY backdrop you desire. This was a pretty cool concept that turned out beautifully. We found two pictures that we like and sent them over to the team to have them give us mock printings. Both were so beautifully done that we had a difficult time choosing! Everyone seemed to enjoy taking photos, especially since we chose a backdrop of Paris, it allowed them to be in "Paris" for 5 seconds. Reggie was the one manning the booth for the night and he was very sweet and professional. If you are looking for a fun way to spruce up any event, I would highly recommend them. I hired Phil-foto twice and both experiences were excellent! Both times I worked with Phil and Regie who were very professional, easy to work with, energetic, and innovative. I first hired them for my son's first birthday party for both photography and the photo booth at a hall. Phil recommended that I use a green screen for my background since I was having a Bruce the Shark from Finding Nemo themed party. The green screen was amazing! As for the photography, they were able to capture many special moments of my one year old interacting with the guests, first experience eating cake, dancing to music, jumping around in the jumpy house, etc. The second time I hired them was for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary for both photography and the photo booth at a restaurant. I am always on time for things and by the time i got to the venue, they were almost done setting up! For the photo booth, my parents wanted something very simple so we went with a standard gray background and a white border. After taking a few test shots, Phil suggested that I change the white border to gold because the white looked very plain. After comparing the two borders i agreed that the gold look better. I appreciate the suggestions because sometimes when you are hosting an event, small details like that often times get overlooked. I definitely will be hiring Phil-foto for future events! read more
