This review was a long time coming! I booked Dreamscape for our company holiday party on 12/12/25 for a group of ~35 at a restaurant in San Mateo. The props were a huge hit at the party! The lighting and camera quality were amazing as well. Jackie & Pauline were both super communicative from the start--professional, courteous, and friendly. They ended up actually upgrading our package to unlimited prints, which was greatly appreciated! It was so easy to work with the owners at every step of the process: * Fast & easy booking confirmation (they confirmed within the same day!) * Quickly drafting designs and sending over digital sample prints to match our theme * Arriving early to the wedding venue to set up their beautiful booth with fun wedding props * Being friendly and welcoming to all our guests while taking photos * Making sure there were enough prints for each person (it was worth it to upgrade to the extra prints package imo) * Quick tear down at the end of the evening to make sure we didn't get in trouble with the venue * Post wedding, they sent us a digital gallery of all the photos taken so we'd have them for memories and to share with our guests And throughout this entire process, they were incredibly thoughtful and patient while responding to my emails/texts quickly, making sure to answer every question and request I had.
