    Sici does a great job on my hair. I've had her color it, cut it, and style it before and I have always been very pleased. The salon is nice and clean, she only uses quality, natural, low-oder dye. She is also easy to reach for scheduling and has taken me as a walk-in a few times too.

    This one is truly worth writing a review for and not just being mentioned, but praised and cheered. Cici is an artist and a hardworking business woman and an absolute magician when it comes to working with her. She has that natural instinct that guides her sense of style and to me, that is a talent that is so rare and hard to find among the stylists nowadays. She just instinctively and I am sure, based of years of experience as well, knows what works and what won't...I Love that!! You have to see the transformation she pulled out of her sleeves for me and then you know why I am so excited about finding her. I will happily be a life long customer of hers and know that she will keep me at my best, at all times. Thank you Cici for not just giving me a beautiful haircut, but my confidence and added a good 20 years to my looks!! You are a Magician, an artist, and all around a wonderful person; and I Highly recommend you and your work to all who are seeking a new stylist!! Thank You!!!

    I've gone to Sici twice. First time was good. She did a good job. Second time was horrible. She cut my hair incorrectly and now will take months to grow out enough for me to get it back to how it should be. I specifically told her I needed blond around my face, she did dark around my face and throughout roots and then did blond highlights throughout with foils but did not take the color to my roots (leaving nearly an inch from my root). When I brought it up after drying my hair she said it was cause my hair didn't have enough weight to hold the foils. I've been having my hair done with foils for nearly 20 years and never had this issue. I had told her blond throughout and dark low lights (specifically blond around my face cause that is where my greys show up) as this is how I've had my hair done for the last 2 years. I had a coworker take pictures the next day and sent them to Sici and asked her for a refund. She never responded. This was highly upsetting that I paid for bad hair coloring and bad hair cut. Not to mention she talks /negatively/badly about the nail salon next door, other clients and even other stylist who work in the salon. I never heard back from Sici, so I went there to try to talk to her. She walked away from me, was rude, and would not take responsibility. She said that she did everything to make it right. She attempted to redo the foils around my face after drying and I had brought it to her attention of how far away the blond was from the root. She was irritated. Said there was nothing she could do cause the foils wouldn't stay put. It's cause she didn't pull the foils tight to my scalp and put the color to the root. This is how my previous stylists have done foils, and there was never an issue. I have been embarrassed of the way my hair looks, my coworkers the next day pointed out that there was even more areas throughout that had about an inch gap from my root. Paying $145 for a bad hair color job and hair cut. I do not recommend this salon and definitely not Sici. I've never had a stylist be so rude, it was uncomfortable hearing her talk so negatively about the nail salon next door, her clients and other stylist. I'm sure she will now speak negatively about me. It is horrible customer service. It is also not how someone should be running business. She refused to make it right or issue a refund even with pictures and my message of concern of how it looks.

    I am writing to share my experience following a service appointment at this location. I received a…read moremale Brazilian and full butt wax yesterday, and my esthetician was Reagan. The service itself was performed well, and I was satisfied with the quality of the wax. However, the subsequent events have caused significant disappointment and lead me to strongly advise caution to other male clients. The day after my service, I was unexpectedly contacted by the manager and informed that I was banned from the establishment due to an "inappropriate conversation" with the esthetician. This notification was perplexing, as the conversation in question was initiated by the esthetician's small talk. During the service, Reagan asked about my weekend plans. When I initially mentioned that the plans were personal, she indicated that was acceptable. I then shared that my wife and I planned to visit The Scarlet Ranch, a known lifestyle club. As my wife and I are open about our lifestyle, I was willing to engage in general, surface-level discussion. Reagan continued to actively participate, asking multiple follow-up questions about the club's atmosphere, membership fees, types of events, and clientele. I was careful to keep my responses strictly professional and non-sexual, focusing on logistical and social aspects. At no point during this sustained conversation did the esthetician indicate that she felt uncomfortable or ask to change the subject. Therefore, receiving a call informing me I was banned--and being told by the manager that the conversation was "inappropriate to have while getting a male Brazilian"--was a significant surprise. It seems highly unprofessional to ban a paying customer without the service provider communicating any discomfort during the interaction. Feedback on Communication and Professionalism: For the management and staff: Professional protocol dictates that if a client's conversation makes a staff member uncomfortable, the staff member must clearly and politely redirect or end the topic of conversation. Customers cannot be expected to know a provider's boundaries, especially when the provider is actively engaging and asking follow-up questions. A simple, "I prefer to keep our conversation limited to the service," would have been sufficient and professional. This lack of professional communication has resulted in the loss of a repeat client and has created an unnecessarily unpleasant experience. I urge management to review their policies on staff interaction and boundary setting. Recommendation for Male Clients: Due to this experience, I do not recommend this establishment for males seeking a Brazilian wax. While the technique was good, the overall lack of staff maturity and professionalism in handling client conversations is concerning. Prospective clients might consider alternatives like European Wax Center for a lower-cost option. I hope this feedback leads to better communication practices so that other clients do not feel targeted or confused in the future.

They are very informed on hair and why it's hard or easy to remove. You may not always have the best experience, come on it's a wax!, but they are always helpful and kind. I love getting my waxes done here. All of the EWC's are great as always but the staff here especially is always welcoming. I usually have my son with me which any mother knows is tough when you are trying to accomplish something. They are always so sweet to us both and totally understanding that he's just a baby and I can't drop him off anywhere in order to come in. They don't care if he's fussy or when he starts acting up and are always so professional and kind. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Even if I'm late trying to come in to my appointment time they will still squeeze me in with whoever is available and I have no complaints about any members of their staff. It's a little pricy but in comparison around town quite reasonable. And if you're a frequent customer, there are other offers for people in order to save money. You also don't have to pay it all up front, they can break it up into easier payments which is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my wax treatments.

    I visited EWC for the first time on 03/21/26. My esthetician…read morewas great ( unfortunately I don't remember her name).The problem was when I checked out.The receptionist asked if I wanted to leave a tip for my esthetician to which I asked her to add "20 %." She gave me my total and while it seemed high I figured it was because I purchased the products that my esthetician recommended. Upon getting home I took a better look at my receipt and realized the receptionist charged me $20 instead of 20%.I had gone with a friend so I let her know what happened & she mentioned she was also charged $20 instead of 20%.Being that I heard multiple customers ask her to add a 20% tip while I awaited my service I decided to call the following Monday to let the manager know what happened to me and at least one other customer.I spoke to the front desk who said the manager wasn't available but would give me a call the following day.It has now been a week from my service and I never heard back from any staff member. As much as I liked my esthetician I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the administrative staff.

Tech named Wubanchi was not experienced in waxing. Did not know how to apply wax to skin, wax was too hot even after I mentioned it. Did not make me feel comfortable coming into appointment locked the door as I went in the room. After consultation on how I wanted my eyebrows waxed I stated only a clean up do not touch shape. Tech went ahead and started applying wax. She started with the mid section of the brows and applied wax from the top of the forehead down toward the bridge of my nose. She then did the top of my eyebrows and would apply a very long strip of wax and rip it off which is not how most techs apply the wax in sections and knowing how and in what direction to rip off the wax. This tech did not know in what direction to rip off wax. Oh and she also got wax on the rest of my eyebrows that she was trying not to remove so I have holes in my eyebrows too. The shape of my eyebrows was severely touched and I now have very very thing shapeless eyebrows that are not even the same shape. They do not match they look like thin lines and is not at all what I told her to do with my eyebrows. I was extremely disappointed with this tech given that this is a European Wax center how is supposed to hire knowledgeable technicians. I will now have to show up to my job which is customer facing by the way and have to look like a total weirdo with my eyebrows after this service. I have written a very negative review in Google and also left no tip to this tech because I felt incredibly deceived with this service I received. I have been a loyal customer to European wax center for over a year now and even went ahead and bought a wax pass because I thought the service was good. Very very disappointed with my experience yesterday.
