I personally communicated with Holly and Ashley in the company and they were so kind and patient with me and always responded extremely quick. 16 years ago I started doing business with Impressive Image Works, (formally Impressive Business Forms). They are owned and operated by a local family that is very active in our community, and Image is not just a part of their name but a part of their core competency. Impressive Image Works has changed with technology and is now printing my 4 color commercial pieces as well as my embroidery on garments I sell. I assure you they are very concerned with producing quality work whether it is ink on paper, embroidery, or screen printing. The owners have always been willing to give me the time to assist me in finding solutions for me and my clients, and not just patching a need. I recommend any distributor in this line of business to contact Impressive Image Works regarding their products. The Shirts were poorly made. Some of the strings on the logo patch weren't cute. The shirts we recieved were completely see-thru. You could see the logo patch completely thru the shirt. Un Impressed with Impressive Image Works. The worst was the Owner was very rude, un willing to refund what so ever! He insulted me over the phone basically calling me a liar. The rest of the staff was exteremely helpful and nice through the whole process. We would not recommend this service for the simple fact you just don't know what you are going to get.
