History

Established in 1999.

In 1999, while the Bices were directing a camp in Texas, Stef had an idea for a Christmas ornament. This led her to start a small business to pursue her ideas. A couple of years later, after moving to Tyler for a new ministry position in camping, they needed some extra finances to supplement their ministry salary. The next thing you know, In Pursuit grew into a company serving camps, schools and other ministries and business. In 2014, they bought their new office in Tyler; an old residence that looked a little unloved. As a family, they gutted the house and remodeled it into a warm, welcoming work space for a growing team of sales and graphics staff.

Meet the Business Owner: Stefanie B.

Stefanie Bice, along with her husband Jeff, are the owners of In Pursuit. They met as camp counselors and, true story, the flames of their summer camp romance never died out! They married and started in ministry together at a camp in Ohio. All these years later they have three amazing teenagers, Joshua, Alexandra and Maddie, who keep them up-to-date on what's cool! The kids have become experts at making camp packs, tagging shirts and shipping boxes through UPS! Stefanie runs the business and keeps the vision in front of their staff team. Jeff works full time for Bethel Bible Church in Tyler as the Mission's Pastor, but you can still find him around the office working to keep things in order. He also helps with the financial side of things as well. When we say family business, we really mean it!
