They offer three levels of staging depending on your budget. They will make suggestions but are NOT pushy. If you say "I prefer not to", that is the end of the discussion. They changed out outdated ceiling fans, changed out bathroom mirrors and even minor touches such as attractive door mats at the front door. When I walked in. It looked like the home had doubled in size!!! Good news, sold in two weeks after staging. I even had someone say that if they were in the market for a house they would just walk in and buy the place "as is". Furniture and all. The decor matches the style of the home they are working with. The de-staging process was just as simple. With a couple days notice, they are packed up and out of there without a scratch on the walls!
