I bought my 2021 BMW 750 here two years ago, ceramic tint on the windshield. Great! Then I took my 2022 Range Rover there last month for window tinting and PPF. The tint job was done right but the PPF on the front bumper and the side view mirrors caps were done poorly, ( see picture ) and the PPF on the doors lip came apart. I don't have a problem with paying a lot of money to get something done correctly and done professionally the first time and not a few times. Because they set the price for the best possible outcome and professionally done...right ?? Me: should it be like this? Them: your vehicle is not a new ! Me: speechless!? However, this consultation took about an hour, and by 11:00 AM, our vehicle had still not been started, despite having a set appointment. We were told the job would take approximately 2-3 hours due to the windshield tint, so we left and expected a call once the work was complete. Unfortunately, we did not receive any updates throughout the day. By 4:00 PM, after finishing work, we returned to the shop only to find that our car had still not been worked on. At around 4:15 PM, it was clear the vehicle hadn't even been started, and the installers were just returning from a break. We were then told there had been an "issue" with the windshield and that it would take "about another hour." Ultimately, we didn't receive our car until around 7:00 PM -- nearly nine hours after our scheduled appointment time. While the staff remained courteous throughout, the overall experience was very disappointing. The primary concerns were the lack of communication and inaccurate time estimates. If there had been delays, we would have appreciated proactive updates rather than having to return and discover the situation ourselves. Additionally, the pricing was not particularly discounted compared to other shops, which made the experience feel even less justified. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Polar Tint. John explained the process of refurbishing the outside of the headlights and suggested that I should consider an upgrade to the actual headlight bulbs. He showed me some of the choices and I went with the first level of improvement. Normally this process takes about three hours but mine ran longer though. Buy it was worth the time and the money. Even in the bright afternoon sun, I could see the headlights shining on the buildings wall in the parking spot my Prius was brought to. While night driving still bothers me, I now can see better ahead of me and on both sides of the road going forward. We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed.

It's been a few days and tint looks like it's fully cured and it looks great. Just need to clean the windshield residue. I got the ceramic pro IR on the windshield and a ceramic on all sides. We live in Las Vegas and have extreme heat. The tint is not gonna block everything but it does keep the car about 10° cooler, which is pretty good since it gets up to 110° here in Las Vegas.

Upon arrival I met the location manager (bryan, Brad or something like that) we checked out my car confirmed the estimate for a Tint in all windows & a small vinyl stripe on hood. His customer service at that time was great. I sent him the art for what I wanted (see below) I asked how I would know that what I want would be put on he said he would communicate with me via message through out the day. I explain to him that I am in the Tax industry have clients on the hour, so I would not be back till late in the afternoon and he had all day. He said perfect. I dropped car at 8:30am. I received the first text about the artwork at 1 pm. The artwork did not look like what I wanted but since I have experience with vinyl cuddles I understand that the phone will not be exactly the same and that it would need to be thicker. So with that point I went back and forth more about the layout of the text and spacing. I got a photo of artwork from them at 3:05 pm I was with a client at that time so I responded when I was finished at 3:35pm with changes because they still were not understanding what I wanted. Add that time I received a phone call and a text saying that the vinyl was already applied to my car. I am medially had my blood boiling because I don't understand how somebody could put something that needed approval on somebody's car prior to the approval. The manager stated that he approved them to do the work on the car so that way I would have it done today. I could get one in to get something down for a client on the same day but as a business owner I would not be okay with the waste of product, wasted labor, or upset client. I immediately went to the shop looked at the car if it was the artwork I wanted then yes it was done nicely. However the font is not what I wanted the layout is not what I wanted and the vinyl was placed in the wrong spot not the spot that I and the manager had discussed in the morning he had agreed for it to not surpass its own point of the headlight. I told the manager that they did a good job on applying in but I asked him how they could proceed with the work without an approval and I expressed that I was extremely upset over it. My husband passed away and this is his vehicle and the decal was a tribute to him it's a very precious vehicle to me and my family which the manager knows this. So I apologise for not taking it so lightly. Not to mention I spent $700 so I don't feel that there is a need to rush so much. I also think that he should have responded differently to mine noticeably upset self. He just said what do you want me to do. That he's the manager and can do whatever. coming from a business owner and longtime manager I don't really ask the customer. you do you just do whatever you have to do to get it right. The tent appears nice from afar but I have noticed some marks on the car windows that appear to be scratches in the tent I asked the manager about it prior to leaving just I wanna have any issues he said that it's moisture that should dry up but it definitely looks like scratches in a tent he says to wait 30 days I'm not gonna wait 30 days if it looks the same in a couple of days I will be visiting a different location. I really do hope that somebody reaches out to me too at least after a discount or something. I own and operate multiple insurance and tax offices and I was really hoping to have a great experience so I can refer to these locations as well as a CarMeets but I really don't know how people would feel about this situation which nobody should be in. Update to top it off my card was charged twice ‍ Call Summerlin location hoping to hear back from management. I'll update my review after speaking with them
