This review is not for a car window tinting job, they tinted the windows in our house. I was a little worried because most of the reviews I read for them were for cars so I had my fingers crossed that we'd have a good experience. We had an amazing experience with Green Valley from the estimate for the job done by Kevin to the installation. Everyone was very professional. We were given an estimate and then we took a few days to decide which windows we wanted to do and if we wanted to do them all. It was great to not feel pressured and to be able to take our time to determine what worked best for our budget. They have a system where they send you an email and you pick the windows you want done then pay a deposit. Then they contacted us to set up an appointment for installation. Our job required removal of existing window tint and the placement of new tint. It was a full day job and the two installers were amazing! They really took their time and cared about their work. During the removal process it can get messy but these guys carefully placed cloths down to prevent any excess water from leaking from the area they were working on. This meant so much to me because we just spent a great deal of money on our flooring and I didn't want anything to ruin them. I didn't mention this to our installers and didn't need to because of the care they just naturally showed the property. They took their shoes off without being asked and cleaned up each room as they finished. I definitely recommend them for home window tinting. You will not be disappointed. read more

I was recommended here by a coworker when I wanted tint on my new truck. The Chevy dealership says they can only "legally" go as dark as 20%. Green Valley window tint gave me tint at 5%. Being in Vegas with the obnoxious heat, I don't want any heat coming in. Man, they did it right!! It's super dark and no heat coming in! My next appointment there will be getting the front window done in ceramic tint. It's completely clear but stops the heat from beating up my dashboard. The do offer a Veterans discount with is awesome! Even though the price is very reasonable for a high quality tint job, it's nice that can offer a little more off the price. I don't care much about looks vs performance, but every little bit helps. Yes it is a mirror finish and does help keeping the inside darker and the heat to a certain extent, your mileage my vary but so far its doing great job, I'll leave these for you to decide. Mind you the bottom half panel has an aluminum sheet+tint+solar screen. If my memory serves me correctly, when it was just solar screen with no tint and no aluminum sheet, temp. was around 85c give or take. read more

I have had my current car for a bit under two years. The back windows came with factory tint (smoked glass?). I have been wanting to get the front windows tinted to match for a while. Today was the day. I chose Green Valley Window Tint because it is close to home and because they have good reviews from my felow Yelpers. They have an online booking system which is also a bonus. Although, I got kind of confused on the booking process. You have to first order your tint and pay for it. The confirmation email has a link to select you day and time. I was looking for all of this to be in one place. No matter, once I figured it out it went pretty smoothly. I scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM today. I showed up around 12:45. I was checked in quickly and asked a few questions to confirm my order. For the darkness I asked them just to match the rear windows. After about 10 minutes, when they finished up with the customer ahead of me, they took my car back. By 1:30, a little more than 30 minutes after my car was taken back, they were done and I was getting the rundown of caring for my new tint. No rolling down the windows for 5 days. No cleaning them for 30 days. No cleaners with ammonia. Simple enough. On the way home I got a good feel for the darkness of the windows. Its been a while since I have driven with front tint. It isn't too dark. I can still see clearly. At least in the sun. Night will be a other story. I also used the drive home to look for any defects. There are a few ripples/waves. I expect that while the tint cures. There is a possible bubble that I want to watch more closely. If it doesn't go away by next weekend I will probably go back. I don't want my $147 tint job to bubble and peel so soon. The shop is clean. The staff is friendly and professional. Not to mention quick. I didn't mind sitting for the 45 minutes or so that I did. I wish there was a little music playing though. That would have helped pass the time. Instead I looked at my phone and at the images Green Valley Window Tint has on their walls. Those were kind of cool. So yeah, so far so good. Just one possible defect I need to watch. Otherwise this was a good experience. UPDATE FEB 5 2021: It has been one week since I had my windows tinted. The bubbles and ripples that had me concerned previously have work themselves out during the drying time. All is well save for one minor blemish that looks like a small scratch in the film. I am not concenred about that. Scratches will happen over time any how. read more

These guys are great. Brought my sisters new-to-her car and shopped around. Ended up with GV Window tint because of the customer service. The other guys rushed me off the phone but for a couple of hundo- customer service won it for me. It changed the look of the car and I'm sure during summer it'll be night and day in comparison of keeping the best out. I'd recommend to all my Vegas fans and friends. Took a couple of hours, shopped in the sunset-galleria area. The price were comparable to others, but they use 3M which is a reliable brand. If they were a tad more, I still would have gone with them solely based on customer service. The crew that came to install the tint were very professional and left no trace of any mess. The results speak for themselves, you cant see into the house but you can see out just fine. I went with the strongest tint they had for heat reduction/privacy and I can already tell a difference. CRAZY PRICES! Called for a quote on my old Tacoma. Needed the old tint removed and replaced. She quoted me $350 to remove the old tint and another $300 for new tint and I'd have to leave the truck 2 or 3 days. It only has THREE WINDOWS for Gods sake!!? Called the TEAM on PROFESSIONAL AVE. in Henderson off of Lake Mead. They had the truck done in 3 hours, $340 for the whole job including a windshield strip! I wanted to wait a couple months before posting a review. I would honestly give them 5 stars for the products and application, however, honesty and trustworthy in a company comes #1 on my list! I came across the ad on Instagram, thought I'd look them up. Reviews and work look good. So we set up an appointment for them to give us a quote. We wanted tint on our home windows for more privacy as our main windows face a somewhat busy street. The sales guy came on time, provided options. We waited a couple weeks to sleep on it and save up for it and then booked our appointment for the installers to come in. They messaged us saying they were behind on a project they were working on and were running about an hour late. No problem as someone will be home all day and we understand things like this happen all the time. Installation was good and we left them alone to do what they needed to do. We are not the type to hover and micromanage them as they do their job. We hired them because we trusted them. At the end, the tint came out beautiful, no air bubbles and 2 months later still looks really good! When I got home from work, I took a look at the work and BEAUTIFUL! Exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER, the window frames had chunks of scratched off paint and upon looking closer, I saw paint chips on the floor. We knew this was from the installers because I had just cleaned and mopped the floors the night prior. We notifed one of the owners and at first one of the owners DENIED doing this. Keep in mind, our house is brand new and been living here less than a year. The owner claimed that it was there before they started and he can assure of they did any damages; they would have shown us and offered to fix it. I call BS since we never touched the window frames AND knowing I just mopped and cleaned the floors just the night before. I don't know why there would all of a sudden be paint chips on the floor. I am a clean freak and I notice everything in my house! To be quite honest, if they had just pointed it out and had been honest, it's not a big deal. It's an easy fix and we can carry on. However, their attempt to lie and cover it up is very dishonest and we don't support that. At the end, they ended up getting a handyman to fix it. Overall, if you inspect everything before and after, you should be ok. Because the tint job is pretty good and has a warranty. However, because of the lack of honesty, it makes it harder for me to refer them nor use them again. read more

Looked up the top window tint places on the southeast side of town and came across a few. Decided on Green Valley Window Tint because they're closer. We wanted the sun visor in the front (Galaxie only) and Vortex in the back. You get what you pay for with ceramic window tints to keep the heat out. They were booked out about a month, but we got the deal since we booked online. You pay for the service you want beforehand then schedule the date. Once inside on the day of the appointment, then you pick your shade (5, 15, 25, etc) out. They were super friendly and helpful and helped us pick based on our needs. So far, so good with the results! Immediate results, vehicle felt cooler and obviously the windows were darker. Few air bubbles here and there, but they should go away in the next month or so as this is part of the curing process. Will update the review in a few months, but now we're ready for our summer road trip! read more
