Someone arrived 4 days later to look at the jobs. 2 weeks later, I still had not received the proposal. I called and spoke to the office and they said they'd look for them, but that it takes 2-3 weeks to get a bid. I asked the person, how far out they are booking. She responded, it depends on how fast you get the contract back to them. The problem is I CAN'T EVEN GET THE PROPOSAL so how can I send a contract back to them? If you can't even get the estimate/contract to the client and have poor communication and customer service, why would I hire you to put on 2 new roofs? If you are too busy, just decline the work when the customer calls.
