Update from my last post. It's been over a week and My fiancé and I are now residents here, already enjoying our new home! For more background on our process, we liked the apartment so much, that we wanted to submit an application once we got back home from the tour. After submitting our application, Ashley ensured that we were informed through every step of our process: how long it would take, the status and what documentation needed to be provided and was just always responsive throughout the days. If you really want one of the units, they require a holding deposit. But, this is actually the best part. Basically, while they are running your application, doing their checks to see if you're qualified, you aren't in competition with anyone! Based on the first come first serve, we were able to secure the unit! Like any other apartment, they do require similar documents to fill out, so if you have all of those on hand/ready, then you can fill out the information easily. Fast forwarding to our move-in day, we were welcomed by the resident Manager Ennase, who was just as pleasant to speak to. She showed us our exact parking spaces, all exits, mailbox, pay station and gave us a full explanation of the community as well as answered all of our questions. When we walked through the front door, the unit was beautiful, and we felt right at home. We were also able to meet their on-site Service Technician when we did our walk through, to ensure everything was working properly. (Which of course, everything was!) He was just as nice as everyone we've met. All I have to say, is I've lived in a handful of apartments, and nothing beats the experience that I've had with IMT Management. I went into the leasing office to get garage openers. The staff there are incredible. In particular, Andrew who was upbeat, courteous, friendly, and very professional. It was a pleasant experience that set the mood for the rest of the day for me. Sir, the Maintenance Manager is also great at what he does. He's quiet by nature but dedicated to getting the job done. Beautiful Community with a 5-star worthy team running everything! If I could give them more stars, I would. Ennase is absolutely wonderful,she answers all inquiries in a quick and timely manner and makes sure to expedite urgent requests. I am upsizing to a larger unit here due to a growing family, and she has made the transition process silky smooth! Honorable mentions here also include Sir and Daniel, the rockstars of the service team! They always enter my home with the utmost respect and delicacy when handling repairs. I really appreciate how they are willing to accommodate the jobs based on my wife and I working too. Just had one of the worst possible experiences here... After what felt like weeks I finally got a return call from Ashley. She gave me the run down and I told her I've been interested in this unit. She stated all I had to do was submit an application and that would hold apartment for me till Monday, (today being Friday 07/08/21). I submitted application earlier in the day, called her office a few times. They don't ever seem to answer there calls. She finally returns my call at 4:18pm. Demanding that I leave a deposit now $250. I had no problem doing that but wasn't told about this prior to me submitting application. I told her I was out doing errands and didn't have time to do that. She then said she can't hold it and she's call the other application if I didn't call back by 5:35... I spoke to my roommate and we decided ok that's fine. I called her back @ 4.26Pm multiple times all the way up to 5:40pm. She now just returned an email stating that she took another applications deposit. Now I just feel disrespected I spent my time doing an application and calling these ppl just so they can do this? I would hate to live in a location that treats future tenants in this way. I will be looking elsewhere read more

Coming close on our first year here at IMT Belasera at Sherman Way, nothing but good thing to say about this place. Maintenance team is knowledgeable, efficient and very kind. Both Ashley and Ines from leasing office are and were very helpful when we were moving in. Seriously kind people that show that they care. Another thing that seals the deal here is daily cleaning, they keep the whole building tidy and clean which is a must for me and my family. Though you may love the size of these apartment homes, keep in mind especially if you have children you ll be exposing them to second hand smoke. This is NOT a non smoking facility and marijuana is prevalent. In the time living there no active management to curtail issues that occurred over & over again. They might keep the outside of building looking good, and dave / carlos who do maintenance are the real stars here. Spiders all day everyday, poor management and upper management. They charged us up the ass when we moved out, the carpets were in poor condition which we marked on our move in and still had to pay for it. Never reside at an IMT complex, they are just out for money, they don't care about your family or keeping residents long term. read more

I was going to rent a unit gave a $150 holding deposit. I decided not to rent was assured I would be refunded my deposit within 21 days back in September. It's now December and still haven't recvd my money. I'll be calling my attorney tomorrow, rethink before giving IMT any funds. read more

I would give this place 0 STARs if I could. I'm posting again based on the response that the manager stated based on my initial review. First off, they do not care whether or not you are happy, cause if they did they would ensure that management contact the residents and help them. They also lie to make their management seem better than it really is. The manager stated that my oven issue was fixed, when in actuality it was not. And I have video proving that no oil is used when cooking in the oven, so their assessment is inaccurate, but they wouldn't know cause they don't attempt to talk to the residents. As for getting out of the lease, it's not about wanting to get out early because I want to, it's because they have violated their end of the lease. A lease in accordance to law states that both the landlord and the tenant have to abide by the terms of the lease. See how the manager didn't even comment on the fact that I'm trying to get ahold of someone in corporate and she does nothing to assist with this issue. Just do yourselves a favor and do not look or move into this place. I can't wait to move out of this place in a few months. read more

The beautiful building is clean, serviced well, and the management and service staff are friendly to all people that live there. People living there long term are enjoyable and pleasant. When I moved in last year, this place was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly. Now, the place has really gone downhill. It is not as clean, people smoke weed on their balconies and the management has not been vigilant with respect to the property. As other people mentioned, there have been issues but the management has addressed them since. Now the pressing issue is the dog urine on the elevator. The elevator, THE ONLY ONE IN THE COMPLEX, smells of dig urine all the time. The cleaning staff try to clean and deodorize it but the dog keeps peeing over their efforts. After a few residents complained, the management decided to shampoo the carpet on the elevator, only to have the dog do it again. When I called to complain that the dog urine issue is still going on, I received no help from the management staff. I told them what I knew (other residents complained and said that the culprit was on the 3rd floor), they told me to try to figure out who the culprit is. WTF! I am not the elevator police! The management needs to take this issue more seriously - add security cameras in the elevator, change the floor to something that is easily cleanable, i don't know! IT IS A BIG ISSUE THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED. I am sure that people can be getting sick from inhaling that crap and it is unsanitary. They are quick to remind you that your rent is due but extremely slow with these issues. Get it together management!!!!!!!!!! read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! A few days ago, someone broke into my mailbox, and several others as well, and stole my mail (A FELONY)! Now, right before the holidays, I have to worry about identity theft. Management has not offered any support or shown any interest in using the so-called surveillance cameras in the lobby to find the culprit. The building is not secure. People somehow sneak in this "gated community" through the back and sleep or loiter in the back courtyard. There is no sense of security or safety. As we speak, there is graffiti on the side of the building that happened about 2 weeks ago. IMT Residential only cares about taking our hard-earned money every month. This company and most of its employees are indifferent, negligent, and/or lazy, and just don't have even the most basic regard for the tenants. It's sad, because the interiors are nice, but a complex is only as good as its management. I regret wasting my hard-earned money here, and I am moving as soon as my lease ends. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!!!! After reading all the other bad reviews I have to say I couldn't agree more!!! This place is by far beyond false advertisement, you're so called luxury apartment. Management is so horrible that you have to wait for service for days later after placing the order. Mailboxes being broken into, non working surveillance cameras non working elevators non working appliances non working gates (to enter and exit parking lot) and dog poop EVERYWHERE! Everything in this building is a complete disaster and nightmare! I live on the third floor and my ceiling is now damaged due to the rain. Like what?! My wooden floors are damaged due to it and furniture included. What kind of cheap place is this? Not to forget to mention the water bill that gets charged twice as much when it shouldn't. For those of you who are considering into moving into this building DON'T!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
