It seems to be quite organized in the office because the property is ran where it appears that things are done according to processes and schedules. I just moved from a place that was poorly managed. I lived there for three months and was able to get out of my lease because I received charges for amenities but was never provided access to them and the property manager didn't want to provide a credit. This is a clear breach of a rental lease, and the judge granted me the ability to move, and I am so glad that I did. I have only been here for a month, but it is so cozy. My floor plan is very versatile as it's a closed concept but where I would have others over, it's pretty open (kitchen, living room and dining room). I love everything about this place other than the fact that I live on the 3rd floor. That's not their fault, just my preference would have been to be on the second floor. They have internet that comes with your apartment, vivint and security alarms on the doors...the pool area is something out a resort magazine. It's so pretty and comfy. They'll tell you the train isn't that bad. lol ya ok. ITS A TRAIN!! Not only can you hear it, YOU CAN FEEL IT! Shakes the entire apt. It's bad. Quiet time til 8 am but they have landscapers mowing every Friday at 630am, sometimes earlier sometimes later. If you face the courtyard, every conversation echos, along with kids screaming and dogs barking but it's amplified. Happens at all hours, so you better be a deep sleeper. Parking is an absolute joke. They send Richard the special maint guy to ask for good reviews after he does his job fixing something. That shows you how desperate they are to fix their google rating. Pawning your helper to solicit good reviews? After doing his job, and poorly at that. Pathetic. You will have your package stolen at some point. Probably other tenants. Way overpriced for the crap you have to deal with. It was tolerable before Kyndell, but now it's time to move on. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. I promise you that. We had our apt tested for mold and it came back positive. They send Richard in with a moisture monitor he doesn't know how to use. Guy says he's never seen mold either! They also had someone shoot up the building, so now we get to look at bullet holes everyday. Each time maintance has come to "fix" a problem, they leave another problem. Wether it's a new fridge that doesn't open the correct direction in the kitchen, or COVERING your floors, walls, counters, ect with dust and lint after servicing the dryer. The unprofessionalism and incompetence of the office staff, which is NEVER onsite, is unheard of! You'll spend another $150+ in monthly fees on top of the rental rate, Rent has gone up nearly 10% every year. The single dumpster for the whole apartment complex is overflows out into the parking lot most of the time, it's wild to see how much garbage builds up weekly. I'd give this place 5 stars if the trash situation wasn't borderline biohazardous. I feel bad for the units near the dumpster.

We were open and willing to acknowledge our mistake, but when we brought up a concern about another resident seemingly violating the same policy, we were met with hostility and dismissiveness instead of a constructive conversation. What could've been a simple discussion quickly escalated because of Eric's antagonistic attitude. We calmly asked to speak with whom we thought was the supervisor (Kelly), but Eric refused to accommodate that request. Shockingly, after repeated polite attempts to resolve the matter, he ended the conversation by threatening to call the police--something that felt completely over the top and inappropriate for the situation. This experience left us feeling unheard and disrespected. I expected better professionalism and communication from Camden's leasing office.
