So when I first reached out, Sam said their earliest availability was 10 AM, I said that was okay, but if they could come earlier, it would be even better. As you can see in the attached photo, Sam then offered 9am, which I agreed to, and even confirmed a second time that my appointment was set for 9am. The next morning, it's a bit past 9am, and nobody's here yet. I called Sam and he tells me that he never changed my appointment to 9am, despite me asking him a second time for confirmation. He says that the earliest someone can get there is 9:45 (not sure about this because this was a few weeks ago, but the point is that the cleaner does not come by that time). I ask him to please confirm that the cleaner will be here by then, and he says yes. A few minutes later, I get a text from Sam saying that the cleaner won't be there by 9:45 after all. At this point, I couldn't risk them being any later since I had other things to do that day, so I called Sam to say I had to cancel. He then tries to absolve himself of any blame and said something nonsensical like that the appointment was supposed to be for 10am. Anyways, the call ends because he hangs up on me while I'm mid-sentence, so there's that. Unprofessional behavior. Wouldn't recommend.
