I called, texted, and emailed several times explaining the best I could do was FaceTime because I don't have a camera and microphone on my PC, but no one contacted me. When I explained what I'd been through, they informed me MedWell will charge me $50 to refund my fee. Fortunately, my credit card company will reimburse me at no charge.
