Allison also considered aesthetics and helped me come up with a menu that was aesthetically pleasing, which it was! The photographer took several photos of the food because it was just so pretty and fancy looking!!! While the food itself tasted good once served and the staff was courteous upon arrival, the complete lack of communication and reliability made the event stressful and unprofessional. Catering relies heavily on timing, and this experience fell far short of expectations for the price point. To this day, the owner, Clair, has never reached out to even communicate with me about what occurred. I would not recommend this caterer for time-sensitive events unless they improve their professionalism, punctuality, and client communication.

I wanted to pay via Venmo or Quickbooks (as stated in their contract) but wasn't able to and was told that I had to pay via my credit card. The credit card payment included a 3% surcharge which was substantial due to the amount that I owed. On top of that, they asked for a tip! We were picking up the order. I felt pressure to tip so I did! I wasn't able to adjust the amount of food that I ordered with a final count either and had so much wasted food. I wouldn't recommend their service.
